Ellen’s cabin was great. Super cozy. Had a great time hanging with our golden doodle by the wood stove. The screen/projector upstairs was perfect for movies. We would definitely come back. Followed her recommendations on her site and ate at Julia’s Local one night. Amazing food and not too far. Went to the Red Star Cafe for fancy coffees one afternoon, and ate at the Deer Mountain Inn (recommended by Julia herself of Julia’s Local). Five star dining and a great place to sleep after. Great weekend all around.

Everything about this place is just perfect, the hosts are very responsive and helpfull, very accommodative! The place is one of the most amazing and beautiful cabin I been in, very confortable, extremely cozy, very romantic, they literally think in every little detail to make your stay perfect (insect repellent, coffee, salt, olive oil, umbrella, sugar, tea, towels, body wash, shampoo). It was a rainy weekend and I thought it was not going to be that great because of the weather but even with the rain was just perfect, it was actually more romantic. The pictures are exactly what you are going yo get, the only bad part is that you will not want to leave, is so relaxing. The local places nearby are great too. We will be back for sure!! This is one of those places that you don't have to doubt, just do it!!!

This home was absolutely beautiful and surpassed our expectations! The views are incredible. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The primary bedroom bed was so comfortable. Radiant heating floors for our winter stay were also awesome. Amazing fireplace and chopped wood on-site. The hosts were so lovely and responsive. A bit of a dirt road to get to the house, but nothing an all-wheel car can't handle. 15/20 minutes to Windham town and great proximity to anything you'd need. We would certainly come back. Fantastic stay all around!

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!

What a lovely stay and space! Exactly the peaceful and serene getaway we were looking for. Despite the non-stop rain, we were more than happy to cozy up all day in this adorable cabin. The extensive collection of books and records, and fully equipped kitchen was the perfect recipe for unplugging. Our two dogs seemed to enjoy themselves as well. Thank you Jessica for putting together such a considered little oasis—we look forward to coming back and seeing the garden in full bloom :)

Frankie and Andrew’s cottage was outstanding! My wife and I were looking for a quiet beautiful getaway from the city for the wknd and F & A’s place did not disappoint! Beautiful home, super clean, cozy, looked just as advertised, and the peaceful surroundings were just what we were looking for. Their communication was perfect and super helpful with check in/check out. Would go back again!

Just simply one of the most beautiful and peaceful homes I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was absolutely incredible. Made every meal of our entire four night stay there and it was a dram to cook in. Michael’s cabin was the perfect getaway for a few days! Very clean, really great amenities like the jacuzzi and steam shower really made it feel like a spa at home. Instructions to check in and out were really clear and Michael was available to answer questions. A lovely stay and would definitely book again.
