This spacious, family-friendly home is a refreshing summer escape from the city. In our yard you'll find a serene, semi-private lake with amazing mountain views in all directions. Enjoy swimming, hiking, kayaking, fishing and relaxing Catskill-style. Perfect for festival access (less than 1 mile to Hunter), the house is steps from the village and easy access to great hiking, fishing, horseback riding, golf and ziplining. Just 2.5 hrs from Manhattan and full of great amenities and games!
“Crystalyn is a great host. House is in a very good location as close to everything plus there is a lake access. There are baby amenities available which was great as we have our little one who needs high chair and crib. House itself is very clean and comfortable so even if it rains you can enjoy by watching tv or playing games. Plus house has baby cameras. We haven't used it as brought our own but it's available for use. Crystalyn gives you an access to garage where you can find many water sports and non sports items to enjoy the lake. We haven't used it as me and my baby couldn't go in the water, but I think it's a very good option which saves anyone from overpacking plus gives an option of more stuff to do over your vacation stay. There is patio and plenty space outside to play games or simply enjoy the fresh air. The house has cameras inside in several places which are for security purposes and Crystalyn gives you instructions on them so you don't have to worry about coming out of the shower and being recorded. Lol. We loved this place and would definitely come back.”
This condo is located creek side with beautiful views of Hunter Mountain. Newly renovated unit. Walking distance from the mountain, restaurants , bars and shops. Corner unit with outside closet for your gear. Hike the catskill mountains, enjoy water sports at North and South Lake, Mountain Bike at terrain park, explore Kaaterskill Falls, sky rides, horseback riding, local breweries, festivals and so much more waiting for you to enjoy.
“Jodi's place is the perfect place for a getaway in the Catskills. The location is very good and a short drive away to a lot of natural hikes and spots. The apartment itself was very clean, has all the amenities and is as described. Jodi was a great host and she would response very quickly to any of my questions and would try to make the best suggestions or accommodations as well. Definitely would recommend!”
This home is walking distance to the resort at Hunter Mountain; it's a great place all year round for skiing, snowboarding, summer festivals, hiking etc. It's been carefully maintained for 50 years; Please treat it as your own.
“Everything was great! Loved the wood burning stove; but make sure you check to see if you need to bring some small wood or an axe to cut the wood they provide! Everyone I went with loved the condo and we had everything we needed besides toilet paper you have to get on your own and the downstairs bedrooms were cold compared to upstairs but nothing we couldn’t handle! All in all would definitely go back and stay again :) Great communication, everything was clean, and was not even 4 minute drive to Hunter mountain!”
