A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Please ask for a grill for cooking meat and greasy food. We are also have a cycling side business offering bike rentals and tours.

It has its own deck accessible by a sliding glass door where you can enjoy sunrises and soak in the peaceful views.

Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

There is a private entrance with additional half bath . A private porch and use of the beautiful backyard.

Our guest suite has a private entrance adjacent to the main house with a kitchen,living room,bedroom with a full bed and full bath. Also a porch with patio furniture,a charcoal BBQ and 50 acres to explore. We supply sheets,towels,kitchenware, coffeemaker, TV, internet,WiFi and AC. A great get-a-way for 2 adults. 20 min. from Bethel Woods for concerts, 30 min. to Resorts World Casino. All are welcome. Rainbow friendly. No smoking, children, pets or animals.

A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.
