This Renovated, beach themed condo in the Oceanside Maui Sunset is shaded from the afternoon sun on the B side. Our rate includes the 19% state tax! 2 full bathrooms, a new 75" TV, stove, dwasher quartz counters and new thick futon mattresses. The view from the lanai is over the resort's beautiful grounds (with largest private pool in Kihei) to the ocean. Good architecture and concrete construction keep units in this well managed complex private and safe. High speed internet (196Mbps).

This location has much to offer . I have 4 people allowed it is a 1 bedroom condo . I stay with my family we do well.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Place was so clean, convenient location in the building and easy in and out access to explore the surrounding areas. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony views. Washer and dryer are big and nice, perfect for us between stops on different islands. Kelly was super nice, communicative and responsive! Would absolutely come back.

Our family of 5 had the most comfortable stay here! Really appreciated the beach chairs and toys available - since the beach was within walking distance, we were there any time we had a free moment! The location could not be beat. We were less than a 5 minute drive to our surf lessons, Foodland, and the Kihei food trucks. Kihei Caffe is right next door! The beds and pillows are super comfy and we had the best sleep we’ve had in an Airbnb. Felt right at home.

My wife and I loved the location and the easy drive from the airport. Shops, restaurants, beaches and snorkeling cruises were all within walking distance. The condo was wonderfully decorated and enhanced our stay in Hawaii. The directions and info Gail provided were incredibly thorough and made finding the place/enjoying the area very easy. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Marc‘s place was the best out of the three we rented on our Hawaiian Islands trip. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen appliances and had food items like spices, ketchup and oil. It also had a washer and dryer with soap powder. The condo was very modern and very tasteful decorated. This condo has everything you need inclusive beach chairs, and other beach equipment. It is very peaceful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. In addition the condo was very clean. Marc was very responsive and even offered us to stay until noon, but we left sooner. I highly recommend this condo when on Maui.

Trudy and Mason were traveling off island during our stay and they still checked in with us and were gracious hosts. The property is stocked and equipped with everything you’ll need. We loved our stay here! Fabulous view of Kam 3 and the beautiful landscape, homey feeling condo with everything we needed, and very quiet surroundings. We had our 8 month old and eight year old kids and were pleasantly surprised with variety of kids stuff to use in the closet - lots of beach toys, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, high chair, pack and play, and baby bath. The condo was clean and Kris provided very clear instructions for all parts of our stay. We look forward to booking again in the future!
