Mrs. Karina, who is in charge, is always friendly and attentive to all our questions. The accommodation is very easy to find and an unbeatable location, very close to downtown and many restaurants and places to visit. I would describe my stay as quiet and pleasant.

The cleanliness was impeccable, nice place. But being such a personalized place with a lot of things, I felt a little bit like I was invading the space and felt pressure about what to touch and what not to. Upon arrival, it was a bit difficult to access the accommodation due to the security of the subdivision, I don't know if it was because we arrived a little late at night. The location was great for the purpose of our trip.

A very good place to spend a few days, everything interesting to visit is just a few steps away.

José's stay is quite nice, the photos stay short with this very pleasant space, quite quiet and has everything you need for a stay where you can rest and have the slightest worries, everything is very comfortable, you feel quite quiet, it is a place I would like to return to, totally recommended.

Excellent location, adequate and clean facilities. The loft space is spacious and comfortable. The mattresses are not so good, in case someone who has back problems like me, they have to consider it. You have to be on the lookout for the WhatsApp because Eva sends the instructions by that means. On my next visit to the city, this will be my main choice.

The place is spotless and very comfortable and well equipped, plus the area is very safe and quiet and with everything you need nearby. Definitely would stay again, it is a very nice space.

Excellent place, hygiene, above all the atmosphere makes you forget that you are not in your home. If you want to move by truck it has the terminal 1 minute away where they issue the credentials because only that way you can take them, really everything is exceptional, for our needs, I would like to give more words of how good the place is.

Very clean apartment in a large historic edifice of a group of independent apartments , stylishly decorated, centrally located on an active, narrow street, but with no street noise to be heard once inside the large wooden portal. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, and a drip coffee maker. Restaurants, shops, museums, and the mercado are all within walking distance. Em, always friendly, is quickly available through text messaging. The housekeeper, Mariana, is kind, cheerful, and helpful, and keeps a spotlessly clean house.

Great location close to Centro. In a very safe and secure building, I felt very comfortable as a female traveler. This spot has all of the basics but is not best suited for someone that enjoys cooking or natural light indoors. The outdoor shared patio space is lovely. Everything was as described. I had an enjoyable stay.

Raul was very kind- he even got me a gallon of drinking water! The place was simple and clean. My room looked out onto a busy street so it was very loud- I ended up having ear plugs and that did the trick. There’s a microwave (and it has no smells!) several vegan restaurants, regular restaurants and coffee shops nearby and it’s a pleasant walk to get to centre. All in all, it was a lovely experience- thank you Raul!
