Wohnen im Park mit Blick ins Grüne

Ich vermiete hier ein ruhiges, gemütliches Zimmer mit einem 140cm breitem Bett mit guter Matratze, der Kleiderschrank kann bei längeren Aufenthalt mit ausreichend Stauraum zur Fügung gestellt werden, der Sessel muss ab und zu mit der Katze geteilt werden. Auf Wunsch kann auch ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Man hat einen tollen Blick ins Grüne. Dazu kommt ein eigenes WC/Bad, das sehr modern eingerichtet ist. In der allgemein auch sehr modernen Wohnung gibt es eine offene und voll ausgestattete Küche (mit allen Geräte, die man braucht) sowie eine Sauna, die meinen Gästen (gegen Aufpreis) zur Verfügung stehen. Für die richtige Stärkung am Sonntagmorgen ist ein reichhaltiges Frühstück auch im Angebot enthalten! Wir werden zudem unser großes, gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (WLAN) teilen. Die schöne Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders im Sommer verbringt man hier sehr gerne seine Zeit und tankt reichlich Sonne! Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof. Busstation und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe zu finden, Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, daher freue ich mich besonders, wenn meine Gäste dies zu schätzen wissen. Fühlt euch frei, mich bei Unsicherheit oder Fragen zu kontaktieren. Ich freue mich immer, wenn ich weiterhelfen kann! Viele Grüsse!

Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Auf Wunsch kann ein weiteres Zimmer dazu gemietet werden. Das Zweigenerationenhaus liegt idyllisch mitten in der Natur. An diesem Ort können Sie entspannen und sich erholen! Ausflüge ins nahegelegene Elsass, in den Jura oder nach Basel sind empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung besitzt einen grossen Aufenthaltsraum und eine Wohnküche. Im Sommer hat es viele Möglichkeiten im Freien zu essen oder sich zu regenerieren. Eine richtige Wohlfühloase mitten in der Natur.

Mit dem ÖV 3x pro Stunde nach Basel, stündlicher Schnellzug in 22 Minuten. Dein Zimmer ist im Obergeschoss wo auch das Bad zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ist. Im Parterre ist eine separate Gästetoilette und ein Esszimmer. Ramona heißt Dich herzlich willkommen und bereitet Dir auf Wunsch ein kleines Frühstück für CHF 5.- oder auch Mahlzeiten nach Absprache zu.

Wohnen am Stadtrand in Villa mit Pool und Garten

Meine Frau und ich haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Marc ist ein aufmerksamer, sympathischer und grosszügiger Gastgeber. Das Haus ist mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die wunderbare barocke Altstadt und das Kunstmuseum sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Zimmer 2 in Villa Stadtrand Solothurn mit Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Marc sehr genossen. Seine ausgesprochen tolle Gastfreundschaft und sein schönes Haus hat uns begeistert. Tolle, zentrale Lage mit wenigen Gehminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top und ein Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank lieber Marc, dass du uns ein tolles Wochenende beschert hast.😊

Très bien accueilli par Marianne et sa femme. Hôtes très chaleureux et bienveillant, ils m’ont accueilli bien que tardivement un dimanche soir. Très belle attention de leurs part, ils ont pris soin d’approvisionner le réfrigérateur avant mon arrivé, ce que j’ai trouvé très extraordinaire comme accueil. Encore merci pour votre formidable accueil. Je recommande vivement ce logement

Ich hatte eine sehr erholsame Zeit bei Ester. Sie ist eine sehr aufmerksame und angenehme Gastgeberin. Das Abendessen wie auch Frühstück war sehr fein, und bot eine schöne Auswahl. Das Zimmer ist schön angerichtet und bietet genug Privatsphäre wie auch Platz. Der bunte Garten mit Seidenhühner und Schildkröten ladet ein sich beim Lesen zu entspannen und verweilen.
