Two dormitories, one with 9 beds and the other with 18 beds, equipped with fitted sheets and disposable pillows, as well as a family room with 4 beds, total 31 beds. (Bring sleeping bags) The chalet has 2 shower cubicles (with coin-operated 1.- for 2 min) as well as 2 toilet blocks supplied with hot water. Outside, a covered place for your grills. IMPORTANT: THE WATER IS NOT POTABLE AT THE CHALET.

It offers you great comfort in a small space - 16.5 m2 on the ground floor and 7.5 m2 on the mezzanine. From the balcony, you will have a nice view of the shaded park. At the end of this street of about twenty village farms is a duplex attic, called LA BORBIATTE. Séprais has no bakery, no grocery store, no restaurant but you will find all this in Boécourt (2.5 km, 25 minutes' walk).
