It was an amazing experience! The house is exactly as described in the photos, super comfortable, well equipped and with a privileged location, right on the sand, literally lol. The pool was impeccable and the house, in general, very well maintained and clean, which made all the difference. Cristiano, with whom I communicated all the time, and his uncle, who welcomed us to the house, were extremely attentive and helpful. Cristiano was always available to help us when needed. Communication was perfect from start to finish. I will definitely be back next time. I totally recommend it!

Very good house and yard, especially for me who took my children my four-legged children. House close to the beach. Very quiet location. Rodrigo answered everything very quickly, and his father , Assis, very kind, did the check in with dedication and gave great tips. Gratitude.

Garage Covered for 2 Cars Security with Alarm and Cameras Tv room with large sofa and dining table. Kitchen with good fridge, microwave, oven, stove. There is no drinking fountain. We pay 15 reais for each 20 litre gallon. Fast delivery. 2 bedrooms with suite and 1 with tribeliche and 1 social bathroom. We stayed 10 days and the listing was excellent. What stood out was the attention of Dona Maria and Mr Edson where they responded super quickly to our requests.

I stayed with my family at Reriano's house from 03/01 to 04/03/25, at the carnival, and everything was perfect, the house is airy and very clean, there are several household utensils, we do not miss anything, it is very close to the sea, just cross the street, you could hear the sea of the house, the house is in a very quiet part of the island, which has provided us moments of tranquility. I like it a lot and we will come back more often. Reriano was very helpful and clarified all my doubts. Thank you.

Valdete has always been very attentive and helpful, a nice person. The house met our expectations, the space is excellent, the pool is not big, but that's the least of it, the children didn't stop having fun because of that. We found the neighborhood to be a quiet neighborhood, I believe it is more residents than anything and because of the so-called virus, it gave the tourists a break, but the neighborhood itself seems to be good, there are some shops nearby. I would stay there again and it's super recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beachfront house in Itanhaém! The location is sensational, the beach is practically in the backyard, which made all the difference. The house is super cozy, well equipped and has a perfect atmosphere for relaxing. The outdoor area with barbecue was great. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness was great. The host was very attentive and helped us whenever we needed it. I highly recommend it!

The house is perfect, my whole family felt at home, Édson answered all questions promptly and was always very responsive. The beach near the house is wonderful, but researching from there you can find many other options in the region. One point that I hadn't noticed and was surprised by was the size of the garage, we were able to store 4 cars easily.

Great, very spacious with several suites, one suggestion would be to light the lawn, and make the barbecue a little bit bigger. The location is great, in front of the beach, everything is close by.

We were very welcome and everything we needed was within our reach, Mr. Alan always willing to help , we will come back more often without doubt.
