The healing material looks at the garden from anywhere inside the house, centered on the bamboo moss garden. The garden and the house have many colors as the light changes every moment. You can see the bamboo trees swaying in the wind, the sound of water falling into the pond, and the birds that often come to play. We designed the space so that you can feel the comfort and beauty of nature.

Located in the heart of Itaewon, this space has both location convenience and stylish style. [Notes before booking] This place is close to Itaewon main street, but it is very quiet on weekdays. However, due to the nature of the area, please note that noise may occur on weekends (Friday, Saturday) and make a reservation. *Absolutely no smoking indoors. A fine of 100,000 KRW will be imposed for cigarette butts and odors after moving out. [Free parking next to the building] * If you absolutely need parking, please contact us before making a reservation. * Parking space is very narrow (we can't solve any vehicle problems that may arise when parking.) * Depending on your parking skills, large vehicles may not be allowed to park. * If parking is not possible, there is a paid parking lot right in front of the house. It is a 3-minute walk from Mangwon Station, and Hapjeong is close to Hongdae. Mangwon Market and Cafe Street are within a 5-minute walk. Restaurants and convenience stores are close by for easy living. It's a new building that I moved in for 24 years, and it's very clean. It is a brand new interior. Located on a quiet residential street, There is an elevator in the building. CCTVs are installed in common spaces, so the security is thorough. (There is no CCTV inside the property.) The nearest airport bus stop is near Hapjeong Station. From the accommodation to Hapjeong Station, it is 1 stop by subway. Free parking is available on the premises of the building. The alley is narrow, so only car parking is possible. (Not recommended for beginners and large SUV vehicles) If parking is not possible, please use the nearby Mangwon Market public parking lot. Our house is 10 minutes by taxi to Gimpo Airport It is located a 5-minute walk from Jeungmi Station on Line 9, so you can easily go anywhere in Seoul. My guest house is located 5 minutes from Subway Line No.9 Jeungmi station, it is very easy to trip every Seoul City. (It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen. Our property is suitable for couples, solo travellers, and business travelers. My guest house is suitable for couples, flashpackers and business travelers. Be My Guest!!!

Located in the center of Myeong-dong, Seoul, it is a space with location convenience, stylish style, and even a rooftop. Myeongdong and shopping center are a 5-10 minute walk away. Regular sterilized bedding and It is a perfect place with a comfortable, air-conditioning, dryer, and water purifier system. There are grocery stores, convenience stores, and restaurants within 3 minutes. I hope you will make wonderful and beautiful memories at yL accommodation. For reference, there is a slight hill because it is around Namsan.

Juny house A is located on semi basement level and guest can use a house with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom alone. The house is 534 square feet. Near the house are Grocery store, restaurant, convenience store,cafe and hospital. NamsanTower, Namdaemun and Myeongdong are within walking distance and the old palace, Itaewon and National Museum take 20 min by bus. It takes 7 min on foot to Seoul Station Exit 12 where train Line 1 ,4 and Airport Railroad and 15min on foot to the KTX(KoreaTrain Express) Exit.

So It's Very close for the action(Shopping,Touring & Enjoying Night Life) but Very quiet for a good night's rest.The room have a Wide Double and Super Single Beds, Private Wide Bathroom, Private kitchen, Washing machine.
