Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

The cozy, quietly located 75 m² 4-bed non-smoking wooden house on a 900 m² property, of which 850 m² is completely fenced, with 12 m² south balcony and 20 m² non-viewable terrace has telephone and Internet (with netbook and Wi-Fi), a 112 cm LCD TV as well as highchair and crib. Hairdryer, blender, spices, iron and ironing board. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided. Dishwashing, cleaning and laundry detergent, toilet and kitchen paper as well as garbage bags are provided.

The vacation home "Bellerose" in the "Maison de Greunebennet" extends over two floors. Downstairs is a spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen with a counter. The natural stone floor is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shower room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), which can also be put together.

Rural romance on an estate not far from Jülich

This idyllic little hideaway is just a few kilometers outside Jülich. In this special and quiet place you can relax and enjoy a break away from the hustle and bustle and yet be in the city center in minutes. On the historic Margarethenhof estate from 1850, you will live in the left wing in an independent courtyard in the form of a small cottage with its own terrace and garden.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. I warmly welcome you to a break on the pasture! The name of the accommodation results from the name of the cul-de-sac street in which the accommodation is located and the unmistakable view from the sun terrace of green meadows and fields with a view of the Eifel skyline.
