Second time I go to Granja da Tânia and, like the first time, it was great! Exactly as in the pictures: clean and spacious. The neighborhood is excellent and very safe. The pool is perfect! Tania resolves any setbacks on the spot! Sure, there will be a third time. I just can't guarantee that I won't kidnap the doguinhos next. rs I highly recommend it!

We escaped from the Carnival mess, to spend as a family, and everything was great! Quiet, quiet and safe place, market, fame, ice cream, all very close. Bárbara always requests and responded quickly, had easy and flexible check in. The house is even better than in the photos, it supplied all our expectations and needs, we spent great days.

Marcelo gave a quiet stay and was always available for service. He sent a link that was easy access to the house. Whenever I requested something, he was ready to answer. The housekeeper Felipe was also always ready to help us, at the same time he gave my family privacy. Stay was great, I recommend to everyone at Airbnb

The house is comfortable for 6 people, but accommodates up to 10. There are 2 comfortable rooms, in a house separate from the leisure area, which gives some privacy. The space is not big as a place, but it is cozy! It was great to have friends gathered by the pool during a barbecue! Standout for Paulo and his wife, who greeted me with great affection, showed everything with all the details and were super receptive and attentive!

Quiet stay as expected! Nice and peaceful place. Maria is very friendly, attentive and concerned, with quick service from the first contact and flexible with check-in and check-out. About the house, okay! In the kitchen, we felt the lack of pots with lids. About the 3rd bedroom (en-suite), the shower is bad, too low, the bathtub unfortunately cannot be used, there is not enough hot water to fill it (fill with shower water and even when full it gets cold) and it is very small anyway, so in my point of view it would be better to have a good shower instead of the bathtub. The gourmet area is great, spacious and pleasant. It was great days!

Rafael received us well and was attentive, showing the house and making himself available for any questions. The kitchen is simple, but it serves every need. The house is large and spacious, the rooms were provided with clean bed linen and the showers warmed well. It accommodated well 10 people, with privacy and comfort. The house is a great place to be surrounded by the forest, with dense and very beautiful forest.

the photos are the same as the listing, well located, Market Bahamas next door, Andreia met us very well check in before the time, conchegante apartment, smelling bedding, we recommend and if you need again for sure we will book this one! Near the bus station of Juiz de Fora, and the Jardim Norte mall

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great. Clean and organized place there are many restaurants nearby there is a supermarket and it is a very nice area. Especially Jhony is very helpful, Jhony is very friendly they are very good hosts
