The house is comfortable for 6 people, but accommodates up to 10. There are 2 comfortable rooms, in a house separate from the leisure area, which gives some privacy. The space is not big as a place, but it is cozy! It was great to have friends gathered by the pool during a barbecue! Standout for Paulo and his wife, who greeted me with great affection, showed everything with all the details and were super receptive and attentive!

The house is great, with all the necessary infrastructure, a perfect leisure space for a weekend with friends or with family. Mr. Hugo removed all doubts and proved very available throughout the period.

Once again we stayed at Casa da Matinha and felt at home. The House is otima and the amazing view. Very close to markets and access to the city. O Casa needs some maintenance, but nothing that hinders the stay. Gustavo is a great host and Dudu welcomed us very well. Very friendly and attentive. We'll be back soon!

It must have been luxurious, it currently needs conservation repairs. 3 large bedrooms, 1 suite with bathtub on the second floor (where the property is accessed), TV with channels and a countertop for home office. Large living room and anteroom with access to TV with channels and good internet with router. Full kitchen (Cooktop stove, simple refrigerator, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker and grill - I did not use this), the utensils are old and in good quantity, some do not work well, but perfectly meet the basic needs of 15/20 people. Outdoor area with barbecue, stove, duplex refrigerator, a very large L-shaped bench, wood-burning oven, sink, swimming pool, deck and L-shaped covered area and well-kept lawn. good night lighting (balconies, pool and deck) Kennel. Super flexible and polite host, responds promptly.

Excellent condominium. Full loft. Downtown, easy access to driving, Uber. There is a supermarket nearby for those who want to cook. Downtown Juiz de Fora, easy access to everything.

Nice apartment on the 18th floor. Description and photos match. My only complaint is the doors on the closets in the small bedroom need to be fixed so they operate properly.

The apartment has kitchen utensils, but not many. The cups and plates are glass and ceramic (not plastic), which I consider very good. The bed is comfortable and the bed is soft, cotton. When we entered the house, we had to send a message to Valdir PRAISING the house in advance and everything he makes available to guests. If I had the option to give 6 stars, it would be for Valdir's apartment today. FOR SURE, if I need to return to JF, I will pick up Valdir (even if it is a little further away from where I need to go).
