Very cute place. walking distance to the beach ( but make sure you have your own beach chairs, as there are no place near by to rent sunbed). apartment is very nice, small but has all necessary things inside. Perfect for a couple.

Great value, beautiful view from the pool. Beach access is very rocky at the home but we walked about half a mile and all was great. Only recommendation is to turn the air on immediately upon arrival and make sure they don’t go off. Will be back soon!

Atzoli was very kind, he informed us and helped as much as he could. She was always attentive to answer and resolve any questions. The apartment is as described, very well decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to a nice beach. Recommended!

The space was comfortable and cozy, we felt right at home. Both Manuel and the cleaning person offer recommendations for access to the beach and for visiting nearby places. The pool was fine, maybe a little more cleaning would be good. But the apartment itself was very comfortable. The beach was close by.

Beautiful place, family-like, it's like being at home, cozy, organized and clean. Attention from all the staff and hosts. I was with my children. A safe place that includes private parking, something that I should highlight. Supermarket nearby, restaurants nearby, beach nearby, fast food nearby, it was like being at home, thanks for the very kind attention, a 10/10.

100% fantastic apartment! First of all Marbella is amazing, from the 2 resort pools, beach restaurant and private beach access with cabanas (the apartment even comes with pool noodles in the front bedroom closet), to the location with across the street access to 2 mini-marts and several restaurants and top notch security. You really can’t ask for more! Anadel’s apartment is a true resort style home away from home. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets and a fully stocked kitchen with a Ninja oven and even an air fryer! The beds were seriously the most comfortable beds of all of our stays in Juan Dolio! The AC was super cool & there’s even a dehumidifier which takes your comfort to the next level (highly recommend you get that started as soon as you arrive). Super quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Anadel is a fantastic host with superb communication, kindness & consideration for our late flight home. We cannot recommend this apartment & Anadel enough! She truly treated us like friends❤️

Nathanael is a great person,easy to communicate,understanding,he was on time waiting for me show me around the pool the gym etc..,he welcome you to his nice place,he is different than other host,also very friendly nice and cool with a great personality,l think everyone need to try Nathanael place when you come to Dominican Republic boca chica’ I will always go to Nathanael place every time l have a chance

The villa is in excellent condition, better than in the photos, clean, organized and equipped. Very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two queen size beds, the bathroom is very good with hot water. Very quiet and cozy. We would definitely go back.
