El alojamiento estuvo perfecto, fui en familia para pasar año nuevo, cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar, también en el área de la piscina tiene un área de parrillada que puedes usar, un villar cerrado con altavoces y área de bar ( sin bebidas, está completamente vacío, obviamente tienes que llevar tus cosas y tienes la opción de preparar los tragos ahí) muy chulo en general, cerca de la playa, y una vista muy bella al mar. El anfitrión es muy servicial y atento. 10/10

I had a very early morning flight from Santo Domingo. I wanted to stay close to the airport and a beach where I can swim. I do not like Boco Chica. It is not my type of area and heard stories about the city. Juan Dolio came to my mind. Juan Dolio is new area for me in Dominican Republic and I really loved it. The pictures about the unit is accurate. The unit is very close to several restaurants that you can go by walk. Juan Dolio appears to be safe area even in the night. Jose was exceptional host. Responded within 20 minutes and willing to help. Jose even offered to take me to the airport at 2:00 am. Thanking him for that. Water and Ice was in the unit. You have to bring everything else. Very good utensils for cooking. I dent like teflon. The unit had several stainless utensils for my cooking needs. The unit is located in Costa Del Sol condominiums. They do have Gym in the Condo. Gym could be improved but works.

A well-furnished bedroom displays a wooden bed frame with a vibrant yellow and blue patterned blanket. Two bedside tables hold small lamps, while bright yellow curtains frame the window. An air conditioning unit is mounted on the wall.

Nuestro vuelo se adelantó y llegamos a RD a la 1:30am Kirssy se mantuvo despierta para esperarnos y que tuviéramos un lugar para descansar después del vuelo Fue el único lugar en el que nos ayudaron, todos los demás lugares cercanos nos dijeron que no nos recibían a esa hora No sé qué hubiéramos hecho sin ella, estoy profundamente agradecida ❤️

I just wanted to say this is my second and definitely not my last time staying at Jamesberd's Airbnb. Your communication is absolutely 5 stars, the home is 5 stars, and your overall service is a solid 10 stars! The pictures online are exactly what guests can expect in person no surprises, just a beautiful and comfortable stay. If anyone is planning to visit Boca Chica, this is the place to stay. Excelente apartamento, mi familia y yo pasamos una placida estadía de fin de año. En términos generales el sitio es bien tranquilo, y sobre todo cerca de la playa y con una piscina privada para el residencial, lo que mas me gustó. Al residencial le falta un poco de amor, pero el apartamento dentro está bien cuidado y te hace sentir como en casa. Excelente vista a la playa desde el balcón.

Es un departamento muy amplio y completo. Solo éramos 2 personas por lo que nos pareció muy grande y aún así el precio que pagamos se me hizo muy bueno. Pudimos usar lavadora y secadora, lo que nos alivianó mucho. A pesar de verse limpio el lugar un aspecto a mejorar sería la limpieza ,ya que encontramos cabellos en la tarja de la regadera. De ahí en fuera, lo recomiendo.

It was a great experience as we were a party of 15. Jose was very accommodating and flexible with us, we did have very little inconveniences but Jose was able to take care of them right away. Now the area where is located it looks a bit rough but don’t let that turn you away, they are friendly and very helpful and do respect the people that actually stay there. I was shocked as no one asked for money as a charity but rather help out to make a little money. I loved that!! Lastly Jose works with a Dany who is amazing as we were able to do a yacht excursion, had a driver full time and also did a night club tour. We had a great time exploring the city with Elvis one of Dany’s driver (cousin) gave us tons of suggestions and treated us like family. If I ever travel to Santo Domingo I would stay at this location again.
