Nice place to stay, very clean and VERY well located (really 2 min. from the beach). Air conditionning, kitchen, everything good.

This beachfront location is an absolute gem for the price point. The room exceeded my expectations - it was surprisingly spacious with a large window that flooded the space with natural light and made it feel even more open. All standard amenities were provided, and you truly can't beat stepping right onto the beach. A great value for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

The place is lovely, beautiful furniture (just be careful if you have kids with you). Overall I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is the wifi and there is no AC in the living room and kitchen.Also might need more and bigger pot. Overall I would 100% recommended the place. The lady that gave the key was great!!!

I WANTED TO EXTEND What a pleasant surprise!! I was somewhat familiar with the area, but was closer to one of the original restaurants I first experienced red snapper in the Playa Juan Dolio area. Several restaurants, bars and stores within 5-7 minute walk….area looks questionable, but never had any concerns. Isabel was very responsive and accommodating. I had issues with the tv and balcony ceiling fan and storm shutters. Isabel showed up the next day with a team of technicians and resolved the problem. Her personal attention was greatly appreciated!! I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Isabel!!

Quiet area in a new construction building. Has security. Room is excellent. Air conditioning is freezing cold, mattress are comfortable, amenities are up to date. Easy access to get in the room.

The place was squeaky clean, everything was spotless and it smelled wonderful in there. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. Very nice and peaceful. The host was super friendly and very responsive, great customer service. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. It was definitely worth the price. The overall experience was wonderful. I would give it unlimited stars if I could! I am very much satisfied.

I have stayed in many units in Marbella and this by far was our favorite. Clean and has everything we needed. He even left us water and coffee and tea. Such a nice touch. Thank you for such a lovely holiday, we will be back.

Excellent place, very comfortable to rest and spend a few days in the city, the place has good internet, it is a quiet residential, good amenities, useful kitchen accessories, and tv to watch series and movies. Great place, the host responds quickly and is responsible.
