I’ve stayed at this spot in Boca Chica several times and it’s always my go-to when I’m in town. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk to the beach, super secure, and everything you need is right around the corner. What makes it even easier is that you literally can’t get lost—everyone knows the name of the shop downstairs, so whether you’re catching a motoconcho or walking back late, you’ll always find your way. Great vibes, great access, and I’ll definitely be back again.

Raul's place is amazing! The apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and really well furnished. I especially loved the beach view—it's right in front of the apartment and it's nice to see and walk by. Raul was very friendly and welcoming! I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again

I must highlight that everything was clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and full of beautiful details. The apartment is fresh, spacious, and located on the 18th floor, so no noise could be heard. The tower is beautiful, and all its social areas are clean and in good condition. Finally, I can't forget the treatment from the hostess, Tomiris. She was attentive throughout, recommending places and any services we needed. We will definitely be back... 100% recommended.

The host is refreshingly responsive and knowledgeable about technical components of the apartment - she helped resolve both an internet network issue and a challenge with the AC remotely, and quickly. El espacio estuvo comodo y confortable, nos sentimos como en casa. Tanto Manuel como la perona encargada de la limpieza ofrecen recomendaciones para el acceso a la playa y para visitar lugares cercanos. La piscina estaba bien, quizas un poco más de limpienza sería bueno. Pero el apartamento en si,estaba muy cómodo. La playa quedaba cerquita.
