Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Juan Dolio

The best thing about the apartment was the balcony with great views (12th floor)! Everything was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool and the gym were fairly basic, but the beach was nearby.

Beautiful place. We loved it. Note: wash clothes are not provided. Not complaining—just helpful to know if you’re expecting them. The site was amazing. Cana was a wonderful host.

Great place to stay for the week! Clean, spacious apartment close to the coast. Reliable internet. And Samuel is a fantastic host! Friendly, helpful, and very responsive.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

Very Nice condo. Would definitely stay again.

Nagyon jó a szállás annak ellenére, hogy nincs közvetlenül a parton. Napágyat nem lehet bérelni az előtte található partszakaszon. A lakásban nincs napernyő stb amit le lehetne vinni a partra. Az apartman ház gyermekmedencéje nagyon hideg, így nem lehetett használni a többi részre nem mehetnek be a gyerekek. A játszó rész gyakran kormos (?), koszos, a játékok hiányosak. Az edzőterem jól használható. A lakás olyan mint a képeken és a házigazda nagyon kedves. Az apartmanház recepciósai segítőkészek.

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

100% fantastic apartment! First of all Marbella is amazing, from the 2 resort pools, beach restaurant and private beach access with cabanas (the apartment even comes with pool noodles in the front bedroom closet), to the location with across the street access to 2 mini-marts and several restaurants and top notch security. You really can’t ask for more! Anadel’s apartment is a true resort style home away from home. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets and a fully stocked kitchen with a Ninja oven and even an air fryer! The beds were seriously the most comfortable beds of all of our stays in Juan Dolio! The AC was super cool & there’s even a dehumidifier which takes your comfort to the next level (highly recommend you get that started as soon as you arrive). Super quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Anadel is a fantastic host with superb communication, kindness & consideration for our late flight home. We cannot recommend this apartment & Anadel enough! She truly treated us like friends❤️

Appartement avec vue imprenable sur l'océan. Piscine de la résidence très grandes, parfaite pour faire des longueurs.

Excellent séjour. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le gérant a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Les espaces communs (piscine, plage….) sont très bien entretenus. La sécurité est ultra présente sur le site. La seule difficulté est de devoir prévoir à l’avance les invités potentiels dont le nombre est très restreint et dont les identités doivent être envoyées par le gérant à la résidence ( cette difficulté est liée à la résidence et non au propriétaire ). Nous serions très heureux de relouer cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour !

Fernando’s place was amazing! It was all we needed to relax & have fun. Fernando was very responsive. The pools and the beach were our favorite spot. The view is great! Great restaurants right across the street. Grocery shopping is great with easy delivery or walkable food stores. We felt safe; there were friendly security personnel all around. There is a restaurant on the premises which was great for pool snack. Our 7, 14, & 17 year old daughters had a blast! We now have a place to come back to when visiting Juan Dolio. El lugar estaba hermoso en excelentes condiciones, el complejo de Marbella es bello, es muy seguro es un lugar para compartir en familia y pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, los anfitriones muy atentos siempre contestaban a tiempo!

El alojamiento era tal cual se mostraba y la zona una maravilla donde desconectar y relajarse unos días sin el estrés de la ciudad. El apartamento ofrece todo tipo de lujos y facilidades para el visitante y sin duda volveremos en el futuro ya que el mismo es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y la descripción. En cuanto a Jessica solo puedo agradecerle enormemente su atención y ayuda siempre que la necesitamos. Respuestas rápidas, voluntad de ayudar en todo momento y por si fuera poco se hizo cargo de un inconveniente ajeno a ella y nos dió la solución perfecta. Gracias de parte de toda la familia y volveremos en el futuro.

Casa enorme de 3 niveles , muebles de calidad y la terraza privada con su picuzzi espectacular . El anfitrión siempre estuvo dispuesto en todo . Barrio cerrado con mucha seguridad

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

Mi estadía fue corta pero, me encantó quedarme aquí, las atenciones del anfitrión fueron excelentes; desde un inicio la comunicación fue muy buena; tenía rápidas respuestas de su parte lo cual considero muy importante al momento de rentar el Airbnb. Las fotos no le hacen justicia al apartamento; lo cual exhorto a que lo tomen en consideración para que su estadía sea satisfactoria. La zona donde se encuentra es tranquila y segura. Me hubiese encantado quedarme más tiempo pero, está en mi lista de Airbnb que volvería a visitar. ¡Este lugar es recomendadisimo!
