The apartment is lovely. I enjoyed every minute of sharing a spot for my kitesurfing practice within the complex. The restaurants are fantastic, and the atmosphere of rest and comfort is enveloping. The apartment is fully equipped to spend a few days of teleworking, relaxation and unforgettable water sports.

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

Fantastic house! Great if you want to stay in and lounge! Close to Barranquilla and about an hour to Cartagena!

This must be like the 10th time I book this property and every time it just keeps getting better. The staff is wonderful and the place is lots of fun .

The house is beautiful, as seen in the photos, spacious, very well decorated and gifted. The communication with Ricardo was very smooth and the person who gave us was very kind and willing to help us, I recommend it!

The apartment is well located, it is central to get to know the tourist sites and places of interest. It has a small shopping center in front of the complex where you find a supermarket, ATMs and others.
