My family and me came up from US to spend New Year with all family. It was an excellent experience. My kids were super happy like the rest. Thank you Ruben, and Mr Antonio for all your support. Endroit calme et reposant. Nous sommes 2 couples qui voyage ensemble et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet endroit car nous étions seulement nous 4. On retrouve quelques bons restaurants à quelques pas mais pas vraiment d’épicerie, seulement des tiendas (dépanneurs). Merci au gardien M. Oscar et Poncho son fidèle compagnon qui ont toujours été là pour nous ouvrir la porte et trouver un transport pour que nous nous rendions à Cienaga.

Great location in Santa Verónica, a block away from the beach . The house has a great observation deck that you can see the whole town.

Maravillosa estadía. El alojamiento posee una excelente infraestructura y cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias para pasar unas vacaciones placenteras. Excelente atención del señor Joaquín quien nos recibió. Pronto volveremos. Super RECOMENDADO.

La cabaña estaba súper aseada, súper bonita, tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, el sr Edwin muy atento en todo momento, cualquier duda o inquietud que yo tuviera el estaba contestando para aclararla. El Sr Carlos también una calidad de persona, muy amable, muy servicial. La sra del aseo también un amor de persona, muy querida, muy amable. La mujer que nos entregó las llaves tenía una actitud arrogante, fue algo grosera, me imagino que pensaba que porque éramos jóvenes lo más seguro es que íbamos a dañar o partir algo y al momento de nosotros irnos también fue algo arrogante. Del resto todo muy bien, volvería a ir, pero un poquito más de amabilidad a la mujer que entrega las llaves no le haría daño.

The facilities of Villa de Macale are fantastic and impeccably clean. We were a large group and had a great time; the hut and the swimming pool were our favourite spots. The rooms are very comfortable and each has its own washroom; in addition, there are two other half-washrooms by the swimming pool. The grill is great. The beach is a 10-minute drive. Would I return to Villa de Macale? Yes I would. I suggest that Fabio and Mauricio update the listing for accuracy. For instance, the listing reads “towels” and I assumed each guest was provided one towel, but it is one towel per washroom so they gave us 4 towels. The listing reads “blankets” and there were no blankets. The noise concerns and washroom supplies were promptly taken care by Fabio and Mauricio. It was useful to have the house keeper at the front of the house (in a separate room).
