We arrived for a double weekend and was absolutely perfect. The hostess is concerned and is available for any question andrequest. The Zimmer was very high quality, clean, tastefully decorated, the spa facilities in the Zimmer of the best quality. I can declare that this is the best Zimmer we have ever stayed in!!! Definitely 5 stars. Maximum value. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience. Would definitely come back!!!! ❤

location is absolutely perfect I was very impressed with how clea everything was and so organised I would highly recommend this stay! budge why a night would be more responsible per night in this circumstances the countries in should be listed for 325 max a night on the other hand the host is amazing and the 24 hour staff are incredibly helpful and friend as stated highly recommended!

The hotel is really cute, clean and cozy, in an excellent location in Bakaa. The bed was comfy. The room was super quiet with opaque curtains that allowed us natural awakening. The breakfast is rich and fresh and there is a kitchenette for making coffee and tea. We highly recommend!

Excellent location of the accommodation right in the old city and very atmospheric design. We had a great time. The jacuzzi in the yard is working, but only one-half works and the ceiling is crumbling a little. Otherwise, no shortcomings were noticed! Many thanks to the owner Moses for the opportunity to visit Safed.

We had a great time, there was good service everything looked like wow! Like in the movies! Excellent service. And in general we had a desire even for more. Was really really very high level and professional. It was a bit difficult to get into the pool because not acid enough, but other than that it was amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Arbel Hotel. The accommodation was very nice and clean, the room was cleaned every day (fresh towels, etc.). The staff was super friendly and was always happy to help us with any questions. The location was also great. It was quick to get to restaurants etc as well as to the beach. We would come back.

Hatem and Mustafa are the nicest people who I have ever meet in my life. They made my stay in Jordan very nice. I can recommend the place to others, who are travelling on the budget. Atmosphere of place is very friendly, at the place are staying expats and students from EU. They are couple restaurants, caffes, bistro in very close area. Downtown is walkable distance, Citadela aprox 30-40mins. Uber is very cheap in Amman, max 2JD in close surroundings.

the hosts are great in every aspect of your stay, very friendly and hospitable, meets ur needs perfectly, the location is great, very walkable to literally every place u need, surrounded by up to three convenience stores within 3 mins walk, and the the garden is simply great and well taken care of

The location is just perfect, right in front of the Roman theater, right by the busiest neighborhood in Amman and Louie was so helpful, either with infos and withctours .. highly recommending it!
