Condo vacation rentals in Jordan River

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

I stayed in this apartment for 5 days and had a great experience. The place was very clean, easy to access, and located in a quiet neighborhood that was still close to everything—shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was exactly what I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely recommend

As one that passes a lot in hotels or apartments for short-term rentals I want to say that the response I received from the host Sam just answered every expectation and was really kind and generous, the apartment is really clean and tidy , the underground parking is just great, everything is accessible , the elevators and the building are always clean, easy and simple to get to the place, there is a food order for the building including the arrival of messengers to the door, privacy is above and beyond, quiet and peaceful from the neighbors, there is an amazing view from the balcony - you see the sea and the whole north!!! We had an amazing stay, location was great, easy to get to many bus lines for day trips, so many great restaurants. Beach is a short walk away and coming home to this peaceful apartment was heaven. Host was so communicative, with frequent checking in that was much appreciated, clear instructions left which so many other apartments we stayed at lacking this. Stylish apartment, very clean, will certainly return to this apartment on our next trip to Tel Aviv.

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.

The place was really nice overall, looks exactly like the photos if not even bigger in person. The host was super responsive to any issues I faced and was quick to help. There could be an issue when it comes to temperature and air quality of the house in winter times since there is no underground heating the house can get really cold and would lead to super dry air quality due to heavy use of hot air conditioning. Other than that the place is perfect for two people. located in the best area in Amman also has a supermarket, pharmacy and dry clean right next to the unit.

I and my family stayed only one day in Ayham's apartment, but it was a great experience. Starting with Ayham's instructions for entering the property. Precise and easy. The apartment is cozy and very well taken care of. Living room, kitchen and comfortable rooms. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two very interesting bunk beds, with a very easy climb staircase between them. I found the idea genius. And there is lighting and socket beside the beds of the bunk bed. I thought it was great! I and my family were even sorry to leave the property. If you are with a group of 6 people and want to visit Mount Nebo, the site of Jesus' baptism, the Dead Sea and other nearby places, in addition to Madaba itself, I suggest choosing Ayham's apartment. Worth!

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Great location. Just across the street from boulivard Abdali. Very reponsive and friendly host, apartment is almost complete of all what I need. More than what I expected. I will definately think to reserve it on my next trip to Amman. Thanks to Sallam for his warm and prompt communication for any request I asked him.

Staying at Irene's place was comfortable and pleasing. Irene is so very nice and responsive. There was an issue with a water drip from the ceiling which could not be helped during our stay. Irene answered any questions we had and made sure to provide extra items we needed on short notice. Everything was as described. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice and the pool was a perfect addition. The location is great for getting around the Sharon area towns without too much traffic.

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.
