The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.

A spacious newly renovated basement apartment of 85m2 in a villa with plenty of room for 6 people with its own Jacuzzi and entrance at the back of the house in a very quiet villa area. Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. There is a large garden between the lake and the house. Close to services and shops in Mullsjö which in winter is a ski resort with eight slopes. The house is located 100 meters from ski trails / jogging track. Mullsjö is famous for it´s beautiful nature.
