Very helpful and friendly host. Clear instructions on how to get here from Incheon airport which was easier than expected. Great value and in a good location as it's on Line 6. Didn't know that the heating/air-con has to be turned on for the hot water but Haha came very quickly to help us. I'd recommend going nearby to Mangwon or Sangsu (Hongdae) if you want to go somewhere in the evening for food and want a livelier place with food markets. Enjoyed our stay here, would recommend

Pros: 1. All necessities were provided (shampoo, toothpaste, body wash, lots of hangers, clothes drying rack, towel, hair dryer, laundry machine). 2. Host was responsive & friendly! He came down to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out (our own fault). To avoid making the mistake we made, remember to unlock the manual lock on the knob before locking from outside. 3. Neighbourhood was bustling and had lots of cafes, pop ups, and trendy places! 4. We had fun using the outdoor rooftop for talking & eating Cons: 1. House is on the 4th floor and there are no lifts! Not a difficult climb for everyday but had to lift a little to get our suitcases up and back down for check in/out days. 2. No water spray next to the toilet but we managed and used the shower head. 3. House is a 750m~ walk from the train station Conclusion: We would stay here again if we decide to come back!!

Host is very kind and very accommodating! We can’t be more thankful to the host, very helpful. Place is clean and has all our basic needs. We’re not sure how to turn on the ac so we just open the door since it’s pretty cold outside anyways - not really a bother. We had a very good sleep throughout our stay. Place is secure. Very recommended as this place is also close to many restaurants, subways and Hongdae so hands up!

The place fit us perfectly as family. Its as per description and Gun-Ow was there waiting for us and guide us for checkins to his place. The place is in quiet neighbourhood but very near to many local eateries which is walkable from Gun-Ows place. Its a shame that we only stayed one night here as the place is very comfortable for our family.

It's really convenient and nice to have a mart, convenience store, and restaurants all within a 2-3 minute walk. It's close to the subway station and it's in the middle of Seoul, so it's convenient to go anywhere, so I think it would be good to live for a month. Yongmun Traditional Market, which is a 3-minute walk away, has a lot of delicious and cheap things, so I highly recommend stopping by. It's an accommodation that satisfies the location, convenience, and value for the money. I'll come to live for a month next time. I really appreciated you taking good care of me during my stay.
