The house is just like the photos. When you arrive, there are those who greet you and explain how everything works. The house in general is super clean and meets all the amenities it promises. Javier is always on the lookout for if anything is needed and responds very quickly.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The space is enormous, exactly as described in the pictures, which was perfect for our group. The added access to the jacuzzi and playgrounds was a great bonus, especially for relaxing and keeping you entertained. That said, there are a few minor drawbacks. Some amenities were missing—not a big deal but worth noting (e.g., no iron). The audio system is outdated and only supports a 3.5mm jack, which isn't very convenient for modern devices. Additionally, being close to the lake and untouched land means you'll encounter insects, including ants and the occasional cockroach, so be prepared for that. Despite these small issues, it’s a fantastic place with plenty of room and great features. I’d recommend it for those who value space and relaxation, just keep the minor cons in mind when planning your stay.

super nice place, we had a family weekend very comfortable. Silvia is very helpful and friendly and Mr. Vicente is also very helpful, I report a leak, I explain and went to verify time later. Kitchen equipped for the weekend, hot water in the showers, rooms with weather (only the one below did not have), safe parking, everything is 100% working THANKS

The house is identical to the photos, it is clean and the garden is very nice, the truth is a good option to rest on the weekend. The pool also has its charm and very nice size. Luis was always available to us. We'll definitely be back soon.✨☀️

Caro was always attentive, the staff (they helped us by recommending someone to support us) the service was excellent, they got us motorcycles, boats, food at home. All the time, just like at home. There are green areas to enjoy, very comfortable access to the lake. We'll definitely be back!

I really liked it, it is comfortable, beautiful and Abraham was always very kind and respectful and was not intrusive, none of that, I commented because I read a comment that said there was no privacy but in my experience it was not like that. I consider the caldera not occupied, with the March weather the water was in point. He was also very kind with the departure time, he did not press at all. Thank you very much for everything

Very good accommodation option. It is more spacious than it looks in photos; very nice and located in a residential area with access to pool; the location is also very good since in a short time you are already on the Lake; the host gave us several local options that were of many help. In summary if I recommend it if you are looking for something nice and conveniently located.

The house was impeccable, well-equipped with some food and all the kitchen utensils and with everything as shown in the photos. The location was perfect, very close to places to eat and very close to the lake; I would definitely stay here again, and I can highly recommend it.

Everything was amazing, Carlos was always very friendly, flexible and attentive. Elena, who works to help with cleaning and cooking, is a delight. We all love her. She was always attentive, kind and very willing to help. The house is very practical and comfortable. The only thing is the issue of the curtains and the light that comes in in the morning, but only that.

Everything is very good, the house and all the areas are as shown in the photos, the attention from the hosts is very good, the directions, rules, instructions are clear and nothing is excessive. Adults and children had fun and a great time, the view is very good, the lake is very close, and everything is at hand, we would definitely come back again.

Excellent place to stay, as advertised by the description. The house is very comfortable, has very good parking space and several places inside the house to rest and have a good time, basics for preparing food or roasting meat. The terrace is very nice especially in the afternoons and nights, there is the pool and several rest chairs. I would just not recommend it for people who have mobility probemas, because to go up to the bedrooms there are stairs, and to get to the pool and terrace there is a spiral staircase. The location is very good, a few steps away there are many shops and restaurants. Also excellent communication with Brenda, very friendly and attentive at all times. We would definitely stay there again:D
