Important rules. Booking implies accepting these rules. No smoking. Music at a moderate volume. Read the full regulations. Apartment overlooking the lake from every corner: either cooking, lounging, or enjoying on the terrace. Small equipped kitchen, air conditioning, internet and shared pool. 1 block from Marina del Sol and 2 from the zócalo, in the center of Teques, close to everything. Because there are steps, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. It'll be a pleasure to welcome you.

The whole house and its private pool with optional air conditioning and extra charge, are just for you and your guests, the 3 bedrooms have a full bathroom and ceiling fan, dogs are welcome with a fee, Aurrera is a 5 minute drive and very close to shops and pizzerias, the house has everything, also very close to El Rollo, the technological, the Coruco Diaz soccer stadium, Tequesquitengo, Jardines de México and the Parachute track among many other things and just 15 minutes by car from Villa Serena.

"Villa 3er cielo" is a completely private house, in addition to having a private pool, it offers a pleasant stay. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. Small breed pets are allowed. A maximum of 3 are accepted, large breeds are charged an extra $200 per pet. Leaving dirty dishes is not allowed. We are very close to the OXXO, 15 minutes to El Rollo water park, and 20 minutes to Las Estacas Come and rest and get away from the stress of the city...
