We had a fantastic stay! The host was efficient, friendly, and responded quickly to all our messages. They provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. Our kids were well entertained with the air hockey table, soccer area, and swimming pool. It was also a lovely surprise to find free snacks provided! The place was well-equipped, especially with all the BBQ utensils we needed for a fun evening. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

A very enjoyable stay! Spacious, clean and very comfortable🏡 home — it's suitable for large families. Lots of parking. Although it's a wooden house, the retro deco is interesting. Each room is equipped with an extension wire, easy for many phone cas. Spacious kitchen. You can cook and eat while karaoke. Very helpful staff. 🧼 The pool is clean and well maintained, the kids are happy to bathe! 🏊‍♂️ The BBQ place is also the best, spacious and strategic. The night is also lively with karaoke and snooker activities. 🎤🎱 It's complete for relaxing and bonding as a family. Highly recommended! 🌟

Lovely place to stay with swimming pool and lots of entertainment. Anne was very responsive and provided extra mattresses for our large group. She was also kind enough to provide with a bouncy castle for the kids and floats for the pool. Thank you Anne we loved our stay at your place

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and even suggested some unique food experiences, like ordering a lok lok car from JB at a very reasonable price—such a great idea! The place was clean, the fridge kept our drinks ice cold, and there was an ice box for extra storage. One of the highlights was the karaoke system—it was amazing! Almost every song we wanted was available, making our karaoke sessions super fun. I'm also really thankful that the host was so accommodating and arranged an additional Mahjong table for us A taller pillow option would be great, as some of us weren’t used to sleeping on very low pillows. We also found that there weren't enough blankets for all 24 of us—one of my friends was even calling out for a blanket the next morning! There may not have been enough pillows for those on the sofa bed, though no one really complained about it Overall, a wonderful stay with a thoughtful host. Just a few small tweaks, and it’d be perfect

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout the stay. I felt so well taken care of. first of all the we got no regret booking on this apartment. its 99.9% brand new home with best renovation and deco done. super clean. walkable to all eatery and even to habour centre for our snorkling . . the last thing the home owner super friendly speak well english too. . we just feel like home . we do take good care of the place too. . thanks and we will book again in futurn if we coming back to mersing . . overall this the only place is the best in mersing . best security too . . with atas sweden lift 👍🏻

Wonderful stay at the double story house. Adequate beddings for two families. Good security as it is the first unit after the guard house. Clear instructions given and host is very responsive. Superb. However, the ground floor feels warm in the daytime as there is no aircon on ground floor. The children enjoyed playing at the pool table too.

Big house, very comfortable. Netflix and YouTube is available on their big TV.

We had a great stay here and my husband even mentioned its one of the best Airbnb we've ever booked. clean space, modern interior design, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and washrooms. My kids had a great time using the bath tub. Just note that you will need to use youtube to sing ktv as there isn't a KTV app installed on the TV. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Kluang!

We have had a great experience at the hidden gem homestay and the place was just right for a gathering of 6 adults with kids. The 2-in-1 pool table/table hockey is perfect to keep the kids entertained while the comfortable sofa and mahjong table is ideal for adults to chit chat. The rooms were clean and parking space outside the house can fit 3 cars nicely without any feeling of space constraints. It was an overall pleasant stay. We will return to Hidden Gem should we want to find a place near Sutera mall for rendezvous again.

We have a great stay of 3 days 2 nights. The entire house is very clean, spacious, fun and comfortable. Can easily park 2 cars inside the porch with rooms to spare. Even my elderly parents commented that they are very happy staying at this place as it is clean and comfortable. Owner is very thoughtful providing very details of direction on getting there and also instructions on how to use the household equipment. Overall this is a very new house and the owner maintain it well. Highly recommended for family gatherings and staycation.

Sereen was always prompt with her replies. Accommodation looks just like the photos. Most importantly it was clean. Check in and check out was a breeze! Located just a short drive from KSL and we drove to get to the restaurants along the main road. Good price for our group of 13 pax!

We had a great stay at this place! The host, David, was very responsive and ensured everything was in good condition before our check-in. The space was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Besides, it was great to have items needed for BBQ (e.g. charcoal, skewers, fan) provided, which made our gathering smooth and enjoyable. A couple of suggestions for future improvements: some of the indoor bins were not lined with plastic bags and the door to the front room made creaking noises, which became disruptive during the night. It would also be nice to have a slightly larger BBQ pit to accommodate bigger groups, as well as a wider variety of games or board games for entertainment. Lastly, having a few bath towels in each room would be helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great place to stay. We'd definitely recommend it and hope to return again.

The entire place was very clean and tidy, and well-equipped with necessities, as well as entertainment facilities to cater to both the old and the young. There were 7 bedrooms and each bedroom had their own bathroom, which is good for big groups. Everything was perfect for us!

A nice beautiful place, just that there is no back door to get to the shops and eatery outside quickly. Other than that, there is no other complain that I can pick on. Thank you hosts for the hospitality!

Zulhamizan's place was as beautiful as the pictures show - what you see is what you get. The moment we entered the house, a wonderful smell greeted us. The place was immaculately clean. You will find everything you need. The kitchen was complete with a water dispenser that has both hot and cold filtered water, and host was very kind to provide some onions and potatoes if we ever needed to cook. Everything was working great and perfect, we especially loved that the whole house was air conditioned, as the weather was very hot outside. My children enjoyed the place so much and kept mentioning how beautiful it was 😊 there was also a baby chair, to my delight. Zulhamizan was also very accommodating to our requests and always replied promptly to our queries. If we could give Zulhamizan and his place 10 stars, we would! Thank you Zulhamizan for making our short trip a memorable and enjoyable one, thanks to his amazing abode.

Beautiful surrounding, beatiful and comfortable stay

The place was clean and looked like the photos. Location is great especially if you have your own car. Otherwise, getting a grab is quite easy too. The entertainment provided are great, wished we had more time here! Shirley was very responsive as well. When we asked if there was detergent and found out that there wasn't, Shirley immediately scheduled a grab delivery of the detergent! Place was really clean and we had a comfortable stay. Will come back again!
