Vacation rentals with a pool in Johor

Eric was always proactive in keeping communication even way before check-in. His place was clean especially the bathroom which is very important to me. Heater and aircon working well. Plus point, he has a separate utensils and cooking ware for Muslim. He stockup on lots of snacks & drinks. It was the 1st time i came across such a kind and generous host. I would definitely return again and recommend this listing. Thank you Eric for the warm hosting. My family enjoyed the stay.

Fourth time staying here and we still love this place. This was a family-friendly staycation and there were three babies with us. I truly appreciated Host's gestures. During the first night, one of the main water pipe went burst, affecting the whole neighbourhood. This was something out of Host's control, and the government were actively resolving the issue throughout the night. Upon Host's awareness, they immediately went out to get us 20 litres of drinking water to ensure that the babies have clean water required for their milk. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again for more staycations like this. Love that the babies enjoyed the pool and went to bed early after having a fun day.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy homestay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The check-in was smooth and easy. The house was clean, comfortable, and with all the basic amenities provided plus a swimming pool!! The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A short drive to Bandar Penawar where all the good locals food is. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a quiet, authentic local experience. Great for family retreat.

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.
