the toys, games in tv, uno card did a great job keeping the children (and adults) occupied. each extra mattress has its own linen and blanket. a bit letdown was the microwave as it was not working, food not heating up.however, i believe the host will fix that. overall, we hd a great stay and will definitely check this place availability if we return here. thank you

We love the location of the Airbnb, easy to check in and clear instructions was given. I hope the owner will change the bed as we can feel the spring, not super comfortable and aircon is not cold although we the temperature is 16 degree, felt like 26 degree. But overall, is a good stay.

Absolutely lovely stay for our family! Very comfortable, well kept and had all important amenities as described. There is a mart and a few restaurants at walking distance and very close to Legoland as well. The house was very welcoming with a fantastic view of the sea, we felt right at home and was absolutely peaceful and safe in the building.

It is not self check in. I was always in touch with the host, and he explained things politely, so there was certainly no problem. This place is great for those who don't mind that. It was clean and had everything I needed. However, I had a hard time with the host, who was not very attentive to me.I chose self check-in because I didn't know what time I would arrive at the room and I needed to leave early in the morning. However, we had to decide on the arrival time early and meet the host.Also, in the morning, I was told to leave the key in the room, and there was a place where I couldn't freely pass through the gate, and I had a very hard time getting to the parked car. The host is really kind and a great person, but this is not self check-in.Please take care.

Great location , near to bus stops and velocity mall. Room was big enough for our kid to play around. Kitchen and bathroom had all amenities.locality was very clean and nice. Cathy was very helpful host. Only problem one can face if you want MRT for daily use, It was walkable to 7-8 mins.

This unit is 10 walk from ciq via the bridge linkway and the condo is full of amenities (pool and gym). As it's within the mall, finding food is a breeze. The apartment is well kept and maintained. It's relatively new and gives a cozy feeling upon checking in. Host is also responsive to our requests. We faced some confusion when checking out as we are not familiar with the parking rules set by the apartment mgt. The host understood the situation and gave us some time allowance to sort it out which we greatly appreciated. Will definitely book this unit if we are having staycation in JB. Thanks, Pee

What stood out was Affinity's service. They were very accommodating to our requests. And when my son left his precious stuffed toy behind, they helped us to find it, were very responsive and updated us on the status. The only thing was the lack of cleanliness, esp the bathroom. It was smelly when I first entered and there were some stains on the toilet bowl. The toilet brushes were also covered in dirty water. I ended up spending my first 30min upon check-in having to wash the toilets. The toilet stains were removable btw. I shudder to think of how we could have been sitting on someone's pee/poop if I had not washed the toilet myself. Another thing to note, which is of no fault of Affinity, is the lousy upkeep of the condo. The lifts were super slow and the rest of the facilities were not kept in good shape. Just something for anyone who intends to stay in this estate to consider. Overall, the location, size of apartment, and responsive service are the great things of our stay.

The location of the house is on the paradigm mall and it is very convenient to go through the mall. The host lady was very nice and wouldn't use hot water on the first day and was also very nice to teach us through the video. This time I came to Malaysia to take my children to the dance competition, and the children accidentally broke the vase in the living room.We're sorry.

nice place to stay, with lots of convenient shops around the area. there was a slight smell from the kitchen sink sometimes, and the toilet pipe was leaking — needed to turn off the water supply to that pipe to stop the leak. but overall im happy with the place & definitely worth the price! ✅
