This beautiful granite gate lodge is over 200 years old and is tucked inside the entrance to The Manor Cottages. It overlooks the Brittas river which is full of wildlife all year round. The cottage has recently been renovated in a traditional style but with all the modern day comforts. The cottage has a romantic feel to it and is wonderfully private. The cottage has its own designated parking area and a large private garden. It’s close to both Dublin and the airport yet feels wonderfully remote.

Large patio area to the back of the house and garden. 8 minutes walking distance to Naas Town where one can avail of lovely shops, Tesco and restaurants. Punchestown Racecourse and Naas Racecourse are 5-8 minutes away. Curragh Racecourse is a short distance away. K Club is approx 10km. Cinema in Naas too. There is also a local Bus service to Dublin City from Naas. Train service from Sallins.
