Apartment vacation rentals in Johnson City

My husband and daughter traveled 1,200 miles from Florida to Ithaca to move my daughter into her dorm at Ithaca College. After a long and tiring journey, they arrived at the apartment late at night, where Jim and Barbara had thoughtfully had the lights on for them, provided fresh flowers on the table, and even left some snacks in the fridge. Everything was very clean and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for them to feel at home. Its location, just 10 minutes from campus, made it an ideal home base for college move-in weekend. We greatly appreciated Jim and Barbara's special touches and excellent communication. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and seamless. Thank you for providing a wonderful and comfortable stay during such an important time. So glad to have found this lovely apartment for when we travel to Ithaca for visits with our daughter!

Deborah provides a clean, cozy and comfortable home base for exploring the area. Safe location right next door to the police station. A simple array of amenities and tastefully decorated. A great weekend getaway that’s truly pet-friendly is much appreciated.

I booked very last minute to visit my son at Binghamton. My dog-sitter backed out last minute so we needed to find a place that takes animals. I was so pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The apartment exceeded my expectations. The apartment was immaculate- you would never know that they allow pets. It was very updated and had everything you could need for a long weekend. The immediate surrounding area is a little dark at night, but the gated entry and five key access to the building made us feel secure. It’s less than 10 minutes away from everything… Binghamton University, Wegmans, Walmart, Downtown Binghamton, Dick’s Sporting Goods you name it it’s very close by. I will definitely stay here again. Well worth the money!!!

It was quite good if you dont mind the noise. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to check in and out. Colin was responding quickly to our questions.

I had a lovely and rejuvenating stay here. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully put together with relaxation in mind. Upon arrival, Candes was welcoming and kind and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was quiet and serene, and right in the center of town. The sauna and fireplace were added perks. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely return.

I had a great stay at Maria and Kody’s place. This was my second time staying there and I specifically looked for their airbnb when booking my trip to Binghamton. You get so much space to yourself and complete privacy as the whole side of the house is yours. It’s a really pleasant house and there’s a lot of space to relax in. They were exceptionally kind and communicative and I will definitely be staying there again when in the area.

The accommodations were very comfortable. Nice roomy shower for my husband. Kitchen has all utensils needed to cook a full meal. Covered parking was nice, especially in the winter. Walk ways shoveled and salted. Thank you, Missy!

Suzanne was a very welcoming host. We made this booking the night before and she graciously accepted it. She was there to great us when we arrived and made many suggestions for our stay which was extremely helpful. The place was just right. Good little spot near the hospitals if you’re a travel nurse on assignment. Parking off the street was available and the apartment is larger than I was anticipating. Good deal!

My family and I just spent an amazing weekend renting this beautiful apartment. It was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cups, plates and cooking supplies. Both bathrooms were very clean and the bedrooms were a good size. The location was very convenient to walk to good restaurants in the area. Owen was very responsive to any messages that we sent. The parking spot was also very helpful so that we did not have to move the car. I will definitely be booking a stay here again!

A great find for us. Very cute place with a working kitchen. We were there Easter weekend and I was able to cook some things for a family gathering with ease. We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help. We will be back!!

Bruce was a wonderful host! He was very responsive from booking till departure, and made several wonderful recommendations for trails/parks/falls we would enjoy hiking. He went above & beyond, calling ahead to check trail availability as they close seasonally! He updated us on anticipated weather conditions prior to us traveling. He greeted us upon arrival, and had clear instructions available in the apartment that made our stay even better. His property /neighborhood are beautiful and peaceful. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. He thoughtfully provided coffee for brewing & a fresh carton of creamer for us! We were able to explore the area, and also enjoyed spending time in Bruce’s space with our family. We weren’t able to take him up on his offer to host a fire pit in the evenings, but we did get to enjoy some lovely conversations with our host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and are looking forward to seeing Bruce again on future trips.

Ruthann's apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the design and the high-end finishes. It was cozy and warm inside even though the temps outside hovered around 15 degrees. Ruthann is friendly and helpful!

This beautiful, comfortable home provided an idyllic place for our daughter's move-in to college. The property is lovely, overlooking the hills, and offering glorious sunrise views. We were provided fresh milk and eggs from the backyard cow and chickens, which was absolutely amazing. The bedrooms upstairs were cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. The living room was the perfect size for hanging out with our daughter, playing games, and watching movies. And I was able to make wonderful homecooked meals in the kitchen where we sat at a lovely table that overlooked the pond. We truly felt at home as we helped our youngest leave the nest and begin her college journey. Jessie and her family were so welcoming, thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again when we visit our daughter.

Margie was a pleasure to have as a host. The apartment was clean and had everything I need. It’s very conveniently located. I would recommend this apartment.

Margie's place was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We stayed for almost 2 weeks, and it was very homey. There are a lot more kitchen tools and things than I've had in previous Airbnbs, and everything was easy to find. Margie was very kind and responsive when we communicated. All in all a great place to stay!

The space was perfect. The house is kept very well and has anything you would need for your stay available. The outdoor area is great and the lake view is even better. Jim is super responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, recommend it to anyone.

We spent a very pleasant week in Fran’s place. The house is perfectly located to explore the many natural spots near Ithaca and Fran is always ready to give good tips and directions Highly recommended

We appreciated the breakfast that was provided. The place was very peaceful. We didn't know there was no AC but it was a problem only one night and there were plenty of fans. It was very close to the train but again that was a problem only one night. We enjoyed our stay.
