The parking permit is available upon request. If two guests need second bed it must be requested for a onetime $40 fee. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown residents/our guests. This is the entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village. No bikes!!
