Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and were pleased that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are beautifully sunny and the location is perfect for us. We just wanted to point out a few small things. The bedrooms could not be darkened. Additional curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine drain. We were able to get a makeshift grip on it with a rubber glove. The lower slide of the dishwasher is defective, making it difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the lower bedroom Apart from these small things, overall a recommendable and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG Zechengrund. Thank you very much for that. If we are back in the area, we will be happy to come back.

We were guests at Dorit's from 12/23/2024 to 12/27/2024. Although she broke her arm 2 days before, Dorit greeted us super friendly. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Dorit even decorated the apartment for Christmas. For at least 10 years, we hadn't had a white Christmas. We would like to thank Dorit very much for the wonderful vacation. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is super equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also thought it was great that Netflix was available on both smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema is a spa town and a spa tax is charged. However, this was not high and of course must be paid by every vacation rental owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

Vjačeslav's apartment was perfect in every sense for our family and his hospitality is unmatched. He was kind, empathetic and quick to respond when we needed help. The apartment itself is located inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a hillside overlooking the spa district of Karlovy Vary. You can hear the music from the Mill Collonade through the bedroom window and the view is fantastic. The apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures and was very comfortable for two adults and 3 children. There were two couches that could fold into beds so there would be even more room if you had a larger group. The fridge is big, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Everything is extremely easy to walk (the springs are a 7 minute walk downhill or the bus to the shopping district is a short 4 minute walk uphill. A 5 minute walk uphill will take you to a nice forest to hike in and get great views of the city below from two lookouts. We went many times to watch the sunset over the city. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Vjačeslav's apartment. He is a wonderful host with a beautiful home.

We were 8 people in Ana's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment offered enough space for 6 to 8 people as described. The location is convenient if you are traveling by car. Then some beautiful castles and palaces can be reached in about 30 minutes each or the city center of Chemnitz.

We spent 3 wonderful days with Romy and her husband as a group of friends for eight including 2 toddlers and were thrilled! The property is very spacious and offers plenty of space - even for retreat in case it gets too colorful. Our highlight was the beautiful garden with huge trampoline! The apartment is incredibly well equipped, so you will find everything (and much more) you need for a good time. We will be happy to come back! :)
