Also, one of the highlights of Yukigo Lodge is the Goemon-style bath.To make the most of the view from the Goemon bath, it is installed outside.When using the pool, please move a short distance away from the building. This inn offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese “satoyama” landscape, surrounded by the abundant natural bounty of the four seasons.Recommended for a relaxing stay with precious family or friends. With Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, Shiga Kogen, Madarao Kogen Ski Resort, and Tozari Onsen Ski Resort nearby, it is the perfect base for winter sports.There are eight golf courses that can be reached in about 30 minutes, including the Madarao Country Club, which is a 5-minute drive away during the green season, and there are also many day-use hot spring facilities.The owner lives on the right side of the building after going up the front entrance, can be contacted at any time, and understands English at the level of everyday conversation.During the green season, fresh vegetables from our own garden can be harvested at any time, and you can also enjoy a barbecue on the gazebo in the garden.The garden is also spacious, so you can enjoy a short walk or the like.Iiyama is famous for its green asparagus, which can be enjoyed from May to July, and there is a roadside station nearby where you can enjoy fresh vegetables and delicious soba noodles.

Close to Lotte Arai Resort, which can be enjoyed in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. There are many ski resorts for those who love snowy mountains! This is a place where you can enjoy seafood, mountain produce, and delicious Niigata rice!! Have a great time with your family and friends. In July 2026, we did some additional renovations, changing from 2 to 3 bedrooms. One toilet was added on the second floor, making a total of two toilets. There are no more futons, and everything is now a bed. Blinds are installed in all rooms.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
