Very quiet place and above all no noise. Nice bed. I think the price is high in relation to the type of accommodation. Great communication.

The place was so cute and cozy that it felt like a little cottage away from home. Close to the lake and restaurants and also away from the noise at night time. We saw more animals in the courtyard than on our hike on El Tepalo 😅 (we went during the dry season) which was a delight when we took our breaks out there. Michael was very quick to respond to our messages and was so nice to accomodate us for checking in late. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we have a chance to be in Ajijic again.

A private place with easy access to transportation, around the corner there are some delicious tacos. The gentleman was very kind at all times and helpful. I used the washer and dryer, they allowed me to use the soap and even gave me laundry tips, excellent service and accommodation.

Modern, clean, minimalist. We enjoyed our time at Valerie’s home.

This place is central to everything, only issue is noise because it is near street.

Definitely a nice place to stay, especially if you go to an event at the VFG Arena, as it is very close. The area is somewhat quiet. The view from the place is excellent, everything is very nice. The host was attentive to any situation that may have arisen. The place looks very good, everything in perfect condition and absolutely everything is very nice. I would definitely stay at this place again. Thank you.

My experience at the Depa Nuevo Chante was exceptional. The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. WiFi was fast and reliable, which was ideal for my remote work and entertainment needs.​ The pool is a true oasis; I enjoyed relaxing moments in the sun and refreshing splashes. The location is quiet and safe, perfect to rest and disconnect from the daily bustle.​ Communication with the host was great, always attentive and willing to help at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay near Chapala.

the apartment is impeccable, the decoration is very nice, very comfortable and pleasant, close to the pier and very accessible. the heated pool with water suitable for the whole family, with barbecue available. the terrace and common areas are very comfortable and beautiful.

Chanelle’s property at the Racquet Club is awesome. Perfect location for our needs. One little extra thing we needed, Chanelle was there with it before I was ready! Great communication, easy check in and out, and our dogs loved it too. Very pet friendly community.

We came to relax at the lake and we did it. The house is super nice with all the amenities. The silence of the area helps you to rest a lot. The terrace with the jacuzzi is wow! There are very good places nearby to eat and we moved around super easily by car. Thank you for hosting us, we will definitely be back 🙌🏼
