Everything was great, the view was awesome, so great to overlook main st and be so close to downtown. Easy in and out. Street parking was absolutely fine even on a busy Saturday night. Great stay, would stay again.

Our group had a great time during our weekend getaway. Everything was perfect with the location. Lots of excellent food options and things to do in the area. Being righrlt on main street was awesome as we never had the drive anywhere. We will be visiting again sometime.

The space was modern, clean and cozy. As a studio space it was perfect size and the layout of the kitchen/bedroom/living room was plenty of space. It overlooked the Main St. Restaurants and shops were all walkable. Parking was included and only a short walk from the unit. I loved the history of the building that was included in the unit and it was renovated beautifully. We’d love to stay again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Airbnb that Diane owns. The place is beautiful and comfortable and the location is ideal for spending lots of time downtown walking, eating, and drinking. No need to drive! We will for sure be back here again. The bed is so so so comfy!!!! Diane does an amazing job of making the place feel welcoming. She is also flexible with checkin which was a lifesaver for this trip! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Diane!

This location was great for our girls weekend in Galena during Spaless Weekend. Was able to shop and not worry about parking our car. The place was very nice and perfect for our group. Thanks again, Amy

We had a fantastic stay here! We enjoyed watching the activity down below on the street and looking at the historic buildings (including the Desoto) across the street. Everything was so close by, the walk was enjoyable and nice to see the neighborhood a bit. Michael’s place is a great space, plenty of room and nicely decorated. It was just two of us this time but would be great for two couples. The home was spotless, incredibly clean, and very well cared for! We actually thought this space would be perfect for our family to have a trip here, so do find it disappointing (and surprising really) that children are not allowed. So if you’re looking for an adult getaway, this place is perfect for it!

We visited for very busy October weekend and really appreciated the location right above Main Street. The entry was private, well lit and it was nice to have a patio to relax on. Free parking was easy to find right up on Bench street. The unit was very spacious with a sitting area, tv, comfortable queen size bed, kitchenette and large bathroom. The entire place was spotless! The apartment is right above our favorite bakery/coffee shop and is walkable to all shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and park. Even though it is right above Main Street, it was very quiet which is important after being in crowds all day. Can’t wait to visit and stay here again!

just as expected! it was a great location. it is on an incline when you're coming back from main street, so that can be a challenge if you've indulged a bit 😂 but that's not Nick's fault. the apartment was comfortable. the beds were great. it had everything we needed. Very responsive to any questions. We would stay again! thanks Nick!

Was a very nice place to stay. A few steps but great exercise! Well done apartment, only thing was that there could of been a few extra towels. Good thing we only stayed 2 days or we would of had to do laundry. Would stay again.

The photos didn’t do the suite justice. The skylights and vaulted ceilings made the space feel large. It was in a great location, maybe less than a 10 minute walk to Main Street! Breakfast was served in the most adorable setting in a cute little room that was a part of the old brewery, complete with beautiful place settings and served by candlelight! The hosts were so sweet and super responsive!

Very nice place. Super welcoming from the handwritten note to the delicious cookies waiting for us at check in. Right on Main street and was just what we wanted to celebrate a short getaway for our anniversary. Mark and Lisa were extremely responsive and will definitely recommend to others. This condo is perfect for a little getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The bed was comfortable! The jet tub was relaxing and perfect for 2 people! Downfall is that the shower head is VERY small and there’s a weird clunking behind the toilet, in the plumbing.
