Aki no Kyoto Takehara/One day one group limited Edo period old folk house
Takehara City is located halfway between Wu and Onomichi, along the coast. The inn is a two-story, detached, and courtyard built in the Edo period in the center of the "Keihara Town Preservation District (National Important Traditional Buildings Preservation District)", a 13-minute walk from J R Takehara Station and a 20-minute drive from Hiroshima Airport. In the morning and evening, there is almost no traffic, and you can spend a quiet time like you have traveled back in time to the town of the Edo period. The large free space on the second floor is a large space with luxurious ceiling beams, and the windows overlook the streets of the town.From the room facing the courtyard on the second floor, you can see Fu Mingkaku, which is also a landmark of Takehara. In an art renovated space with an emphasis on organic materials, you can enjoy only one art in various places. The bath is one of the most thoughtful touches, and it is painted by the owner, an artist, in a hand twisted grilled bathtub by an artisan in Yamagata Prefecture.Hollow art on the stucco and rounded walls.Awaji Island's vibrant blue tiles on the floor.
