Woolworths, pool/gyms all within 150m. 30 min drive to Perisher & Thredbo, it’s a great base to enjoy the wonders of the Koziosko, Perisher and Thredbo during summer or winter. You’ll love my place for the kitchen, the location, and in winter - drying room, the penetrating warmth due to the double glazing and underfloor heating combo. Our 3 bedroom FAMILY home 🏡 is comfortable and cosy, great place to rest after a day of exploring the region, on the snow, mountain biking or at the lake. Pets welcome, enclosed yard with plenty of space. Close to center of town, lake and half an hour from ski fields. Please note this is a part time property. It is also our family home that we vacate for our guests.
