We loved staying in Lutek and had a delightful time. Our dog enjoyed running around in the garden and the nearby lake is magnificent. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect and everyone who is looking for a calm and peaceful time out. We'll definitely be back!

This is a place where you feel right at home. Everything is perfectly fine and very comfortable. When we were there, it was cold. We enjoyed the tiled stove. The area is beautiful. A wonderful place for those who love peace and quiet. The lake is about a 15 minute walk and you can just fine into the water for a swim.

A great place to unwind. Peace and quiet, nice surroundings (forests, meadows, and a lake). The cottage looks even better than in the photos, and the terrace in particular. The hosts took care of all the comforts and necessary equipment, and the tulips topped the work ;) The hosts are very communicative, kind and take care of their guests - thank you again for the Easter surprises :). If you value silence, walking, grilling, and an evening fire, this is the place for you. We'll be back:)

I recommend this property 110%. The host's in-person reception is something I haven't seen in a long time in remote and mass guest service. What sets this house apart is definitely very rich, above average amenities (I felt like I was moving in for a few days with someone who lives in this house:)), the number of experiences for children (in the house and outside), and the attitude of the owners to guests. The day before arrival, the hosts contacted them to find out what to prepare for our arrival. The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The immediate area of the house is very quiet and peaceful. We opted for this house because of the dog who is afraid of New Year's Eve shots and we weren't disappointed. The dog was peaceful the entire stay.

Great place only 2 hours from Warsaw, a spacious beautiful house with a large garden and a 2-minute walk to the lake in a quiet zone. The biggest plus is the communicative and wonderful owners who make you feel at home in this place!

The place is wonderful. Cozy home, lake shore, peaceful view. It has enough place for 8 people. Also kitchen has everything necessary for a cooking and serving big table. There where dry logs for the fireplace. The surrounding is really nice, I believe during the summer it's even better, since the territory has kayak parking and the lake seems clean for swimming.

A great place surrounded by nature. Around many lakes within 15-30 min drive and it's really wild! Through the window you could admire the gorgeous cows that spend all year in the pasture, next to the property a small pond, plenty of fire pit / grill areas, ping pong table, herbs in the garden. Paradise on earth! ❤️

A place full of diversity, for both a quiet and active stay. Close to the highway and at the same time peace and quiet away from people in a place close to the forest, Equipping the house with everything you need, a place with an indoor pool, a cottage with a fireplace.. This place is just amazing! We spent two weeks and it was very joyful. Dont miss to talk with the friendly owner! He knows everything esp. where you get the yummy fisch. 100% no more words needed!

Enjoyed the accommodation, the house brings you a lot of fun and there is plenty to make each other a fun time together. I definitely recommend this stay when you are with a larger group!

Great place, fully equipped in both the apartment and the garden. Delightful and helpful hosts (and his whole family). A great place to relax surrounded by nature. You can spend time in the sauna, by the fire, on a bike tour, or even playing foosball. I highly recommend

We spent 4 days over New Year’s at the Ledowo Vintage House with a group of 10, and it was a fantastic experience. The property is spacious, offering plenty of activities and attractions, and the house is well-equipped and comfortable. Some rooms were a bit tricky to heat, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Due to the season and the variety of activities, we didnt even manage to use everything the property has to offer. Slawomir was an excellent host—helpful, available, very attentive and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a group getaway—thank you, Slawomir!

The house itself is clean, well-maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that make your stay incredibly comfortable. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. They were promptly attending to any requests we had. Special thanks for setting us the hot tub and sauna! It was a great experience! Jola is a lovely woman, very helpful and open to guests. Near the house, a beautiful forest for walking, a terrace for spending a nice time or a meal in nice weather. Delicious breakfasts from your own products. I recommend it to people looking for peace, seclusion and peace

I had everything I needed in the apartment. The store is 2 minutes from the address. There is also a railway station nearby, and behind the block there is a lake and benches. A kind and helpful host. I highly recommend and thank you for everything.

We celebrated the New Year 2025 in this house. The house turned out to be even more impressive than in the photos. The festive atmosphere was well taken care of, with a Christmas tree and decorations—special thanks for that. The property also features beautiful pine trees and it also has direct access to the lake. The house was warm and cozy, with a working fireplace and a well-designed, spacious living room. Highly recommended! ♥️

Cottage in a stunning neighborhood, quiet, quiet, private access to the lake. Plenty of room to rest. We also had two Sups, which was perfect on hot days. Martyna responded very quickly to every question we had, making our rest perfect <3
