First of all, the location of the appartment is great. It's close to the beach and it takes less than 10 minutes to get there. Thus, it's a great choice if you plan to attend it. Bus station and supermarket is close too. The Old Town is also can be easily accessed by walk. The flat was tidy and comfortable. The description and pictures are accurate. Another great asset was communication with Andrej. He is very polite and helpful! We enjoyed our stay here a lot!

I think this might be our favourite place on the Croatian coast. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautiful and welcoming. The best feature is the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean. Vice, the host, has many local recommendations and is very communicative and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and relaxed staying at this place. We would definitely come back. :)

Excellent location, offering the opportunity to admire the peaceful harbor while ensuring privacy. Perfect walking distance to the city center, very close to local beaches, restaurants, and live music clubs. The acoustics were great; the restaurant didn’t disturb our rest even though a wedding was taking place. A bus stop is right in front of the apartment, as well as a local market. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommended!

A home with local flair. Very quiet place. Beautiful view from the terrace, access to the sea and 2 minutes from the beach. Large private area with various seating areas. Very responsive and attentive hosts who are always ready to help. The location of the house provides for the presence of a car. We will definitely return to this piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

We traveled as a family with 2 kids & 2 small dogs. We were received in a very friendly manner and felt comfortable right away. The apartment is very well equipped, everything smelled very good and was clean. The direct location on the water was perfect. We were there in October, weather was excellent for 11 days and only 1 day of rain. We felt very comfortable. Disadvantage: Lots of mosquitoes and unfortunately no mosquito nets on the windows. In our case, (we have very small dogs,) they came through the fences.... but that still doesn't diminish the great vacation. Thanks

Arso's apartment is a small cozy apartment on the 1st floor, with a balcony from where we could look out over his lush garden, and we could freely eat from the windows and figs. Very close to everything: Baker, supermarket, bar, cafes, restaurants and beach life. Arso is helpful and very hospitable and is happy to share his knowledge of the island.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

The apartment was small but had everything we needed, the garden, terrace and ocean view were amazing! Communication with Enzo and his mother was easy, so we can absolutely recomend the place!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Lovely apartment and fantastic host. Andre was super responsive and had a bit of an issue outside of the flat and he was really helpful in getting it sorted out for us. Truly went above and beyond! Only thing to mention is that the joint balcony is up a ladder which was fine for us but worth noting as people could struggle with jt

a very nice bright apartment with a clean decor. Very well-equipped, impeccable bedding and linen. The apartment is very well located close to the beaches with a nice path to walk. small convenience store nearby and very close to the city center. Luka and Leticia are very friendly and responsive hosts. I found myself in a somewhat complicated situation and they immediately helped me with confidence. The check-in instructions are very clear and private parking on the premises.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tabs, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is super equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea is only a few steps away and you can always find a free spot. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants. Razanj is a small paradise that we would love to return to! Thanks again for everything to Vedran, Maja and Tiho!!!!!! Manuela & Matteo
