Great clean Apartment, spacious enough for 2. Very simple easy flexible check in with clear instructions from the host. It is in the perfect location if you'd like to explore the nightlife or city centre. Fantastic host.

We had an excellent one night day after attending a conference , as it was 3 work colleagues we made use of the sofa bed which was comfortable and easy to use . Thé host told us where to find clean linen to make it up which was spotless. We had a very slight difficulty finding it and getting in but it was user error ! It was really interesting to watch the canal boats navigating the lock just out of the window and a nice canal side pub to enjoy a drink in in the evening on the way home .

Great location and short 15min walk from city centre bullring etc. Quiet neighbourhood but lively pubs and bars nearby (Button Factory and 1000 Trades) Comfy beds, sofa bed lovely. Clean linen and towels. Great for a stay in central Birmingham. Breakfast at Lekker Cafe is a must - great brunch options and reasonable priced for good portions! Thanks for hosting Paramjit!

The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! Great location as it was only a 5 minute walk to the Utilita arena, and all the bars and restaurant along the canal, and great communication! Thank you!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable with nice interior furniture. Lovely balcony view, the space was clean and had everything you needed. Location is great, nearby shops walking distance. Host was really nice and welcoming - communicated well when needed. Lovely stay and would definitely be back again!

Really lovely little space to stay in for a week. Nicholas was really helpful when I struggled to find the bins and gave Really clear instructions on everything needed to be done for check in and check out.

The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Kenneth was super helpful, went over and above and was really good with communications! Even went to the effort to write a card for us to welcome us! Beautiful red roses on the table, and a really good easy stay! Cant thank him enough

We stayed at play queen to celebrate our anniversary, upon walking in the host catered to this and put out decorations and chocolates wishing us a happy anniversary which straight away was an amazing touch. Very clean place and lovely smelling. The hosts communication was extremely clear, quick and friendly. The host was very proactive and sent us all instructions needed beforehand which was unbelievably helpful. The hot tub was a beautiful hot temperature and very well maintained. Lovely touch in the beautiful outside area, very cozy! Especially with the lights. Every need was catered for, it is such a secluded place and we loved it, amazing details throughout also. Beautiful Chinese takeaway downstairs too, lovely cafe, a shop and a pub all just downstairs we didn’t have to leave the area at all, everything we needeed was on our doorstep! You forget about the outside world while here, and definitely increases that spark! Amazing find, definitely going to be trying the
