The main bedroom features a queen bed in an open-concept layout connected to the living space. The upstairs loft offers two twin mattresses, perfect for extra guests. Warrior Trail Lodging, LLC The Caretta Cottage

Located approximately 6 minutes to War, WV and HMT trailhead. A Short, nice ride to the Wilmore Dam, and to High Rocks. NEW ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR LARGE TRAILERS across the street from the Cottage. In addition to approximately 50 ft. in front, 40 ft. in back, 30 ft. on the side of the cottage. SEE PARKING PHOTOS. We are on Rt 16, part of the ”Head of the Dragon” Motorcycle Riding Route in Caretta, WV. You will have easy on/off access to “Warrior Trail” from Caretta or War.

The Creekside Lodge

Sit back and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on Brumley Creek, you can enjoy the patio and grill trout that you were fortunate enough to catch during your stay. If outdoor excursions are your thing, the lodge is conveniently located near Hidden Valley & Laurel Bed Lakes. Additionally, the Channels & the Creeper trail are nearby. We are also a short drive to downtown Abingdon, VA (20 minutes), Lebanon, VA (20 minutes), or Bristol, TN/VA (40 minutes).

Within 7 minutes to War, WV, and 10 minutes to Berwind Lake to enjoy fishing, swimming pool, and hiking. A 20 minute drive to Welch, WV to enjoy the historic town and movie theatre. Parking out front and in back for trailers. Park and ride! Just off Warrior#16. Surrounding towns are ATV friendly and you can travel to most restaurants by ATV!

A Bit of Heaven Rental:Cove Suite Warrior Trail

Take a step back in time. Rural America. Before fast food chains, and even before Walmart... Surrounded by Mountains and conveniently located, direct access to Warrior Trailhead and High Rocks. Enjoy Wilmore Dam, or perhaps a day at Berwind Lake trout fishing, or hiking. This can be purchased with the main house or as a stand alone unit. If purchased together the price will be reduced to $40 a night. Guest will have entire space to themselves.
