Vacation rentals with a patio in Jevnaker Municipality

Most amazing old wood house with lots of history in a most beautiful setting. The view of the lake is incredible. The house is completely off-grid in a nature reserve surrounded by a forest in an isolated wonderfully peaceful setting. It's a bit of a walk from the car park which makes it even more special. We really enjoyed our stay here with our small kids. Coming from London, chopping wood, heating up the sauna, lighting candles, fetching water, etc. was an absolutely wonderful experience. I loved every moment of it. The sauna was a cherry on top and will be the most missed. Lying in a snow after the heat with drops of snow falling from the night sky only with the forest surrounding you is something the words can't describe. I'm sure one day we will come back again. Thank you Per for sharing this opportunity with people like us. We felt very privileged.

Nice helpful host who responded immediately to a spontaneous booking. The combination of accommodation and sauna is particularly recommended. Great end to a 3-week trip through Norway.

Spacious apartment with three bedrooms, great for 5 adults for a weekend. We weren't there much since we had plans all weekend but it was nice to have a quiet place to come back to in the evening. Tidy and transparent. Good with towels in the bathroom, there was soap, shampoo and conditioner that could be used by the guests. There was quiet and little traffic past the house. Parking is just next to the apartment, 2 minutes walking time, so not a problem. We had everything we needed.

Clean and neat host, definitely worth a visit if you are going to hen waterfall

We needed a stay for four for events at Lygna, and both distance and surroundings were perfect. The house is nice and contains everything you need. A bonus was a short distance to the beautiful old church and folk museum. We really enjoyed it.

The house was easy to find and the key was ready in the lockbox by the door. It's simple but functional and most personal belongings were cleared away. Had everything I needed – good bed, nice bathroom, bed linen on the bed, as well as towels, toilet paper, detergents and dishwasher tabs available. Convenient with recycling. I didn't find the hair dryer, although I meant to have seen it in the description, but it wasn't an issue for me. The garden was nice and the area quiet – perfect for me who was there at meditation retreat. Anne Berit responded quickly and was very nice and helpful.

We had a really great time staying here. We would recommend it to anyone wanting explore the area and have a relaxing time.
