Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

We loved the place! Charming and well appointed and mostly perfect location. The roof terrace made it the most perfect!

Our stay was great!! Alessandro was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. He showed us maps of where to go and had restaurant recommendations. He gave us a tour around the house. There is a beautiful lawn that we could use. The house is very spacious, private and within 15 minutes walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! Valentina & Andrea were amazing hosts. They were so kind and attentive and helped us with everything we needed and more. The place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and well equipped. We got to start our mornings with a tasty espresso. The decor was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Murano was peaceful compared to Venice, which we loved. We can't wait to come back here again, wish we could have stayed longer! The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Torre di Mosto is a good base for trips to the seaside and nearby towns. Garden, parking space, closed property. You can feel at home and the hosts are intelligent, helpful and communicative 🙂 Washing machine, bathtub, facilities for children and rural surroundings distinguish this location. We highly recommend it, we spent 9 days in the house with a small child and it was great 🙂 We will gladly come back!!!

We felt very comfortable, ideal with family; amenities as described; location very good and communication with Daniele and the family very fast and friendly. Ideal for a beach stay.

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Fully equipped and absolutely nothing is missing.

Great place to stay right outside Venice just a quick 25 minute train stop from the island. The unit is super cute and clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Parking is very convenient. Host is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

We were with our two children 4 and 10 years old, we felt very comfortable. The complex is not too large, so you feel comfortable very quickly. Shopping, restaurants and the sea are all within walking distance. The pool as well as the entire complex as well as the apartment was very clean and well maintained. Any questions or problems were responded to immediately. The apartment was also well equipped, we didn't miss anything.

It was a great stay, very functional apartment and convenient to the beach and services. Fiorella is very kind and helpful!

It's an amazing apartment in the middle of Lido di Esolo but on a smaller calmer street. A 2-minute walk from the beach, sunbed included which is amazing. The main street is full of things to do plus there is an amazing walking street next to the beach - amazing for jogging or walking. The apartment is clean with everything you need including a watching machine, dishwasher, etc, and a great balcony to have some food on. The host was responsive and ready to help. We really liked it so we would like to come back one day :)

Wonderful flat inside a villa that looks like a movie set. Literally 2 min walk from the city centre, but at the same time immersed in the nature...it gives you a great sense of peace and you truly feel like you want to spend time at the apartment and enjoy it

Great area, Paolo's place was welcoming and located in the center of activity. But still quite at night in the unit.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

We absolutely loved our stay at Olivia’s beautiful apartment in Venice. Everything was exactly as described — even better! Olivia is a wonderful, warm-hearted host who made us feel at home from the very first moment. We were greeted with a lovely welcome gift, and every detail in the apartment shows how much care she puts into making her guests feel comfortable. The rooftop terrace is simply stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine while soaking in the Venetian atmosphere. We also appreciated Olivia’s great local restaurant recommendations; we discovered some fantastic places away from the usual tourist crowds. The building itself has so much character and history — you truly feel like you’re living in old Venice, with authentic decor and a special charm you won’t find in modern hotels. In short: we felt completely at home and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, Olivia, for an unforgettable stay — we will definitely come back!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment in the Cannaregio area of Venice. The space was immaculate and full of charm, with stunning terrazzo floors throughout that added an authentic Venetian touch. Every detail reflected the owner’s thoughtfulness and impeccable sense of style. Great bed and linen. Nespresso machine was also appreciated. An absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace, which had beautiful views over two canals - the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the beauty of Venice from above. Also, Mariangela’s recommendations for local sights and dining spots were incredibly helpful during our visit. The location couldn’t have been better. Cannaregio is easily the best area to stay in Venice - peaceful and atmospheric, far from the heavy tourist crowds, but still just a short walk from all the main sights. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and a truly Venetian experience, this place is absolute perfection. We couldn’t recommend it more.
