The flat is spotless clean, nicely decorated, has everthing we needed, comfy beds and pillows, air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. It's a few minutes walk from Bat Yam beach, grocery shops and a lovely bakery right near the flat . Uri was very responsive and helpful. We needed a place to stay in Bat Yam and this was very convenient for us. Will book again in the future.

Guy was extremely accommodating and proactive. He proposed his first floor apartment (we were on the 3rd floor apartment- did not realize that there were no elevator) as he saw that we were not his typical young customers. He tried to help us in every ways possible. He offered to pay for our laundry - even offer to bring our laundry to his flat on Saturday since the service was closed. Guy was very responsive- usually responding within the 5minutes or so. Thank you Guy for all your help and responsiveness.

Robert is a great host. Always ready to be contacted. Apartment location is beyond expectations with a million dollar view. Definitely could be recommended for traveling couples wishing have a great time on the beach in addition to exploring Tel Aviv and Jaffa.

惊艳的公寓，位于Neve Tzedek街区，南面是充满活力的佛罗伦萨街区，有非常多的餐馆，咖啡店和酒吧，公寓可以欣赏日出和日落，美丽地中海尽在眼前，每个房间都能看见海景，太棒了！

The place is amazing a walking distance from the old city. We were with a baby and a stroller and it was very easy to get in and out and walk around very friendly neighborhood. If we’re gonna visit Jerusalem again definitely gonna come back to this place.

As been our past experience staying at one of Jonathan's place, we had a comfortable stay in a great location with parking a bonus.

Excelente acomodação. Muito confortável e em local extremamente seguro. A localização é perfeita, ficando a alguns minutos da cidade velha. As camas são confortáveis e as toalhas de qualidade. Os anfitriões são atenciosos, prestativos e respondem rapidamente. Adoramos e certamente voltaremos !

We rented this unit, steps from Kikar Tzion, over Passover for a few days. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The building was easy to find and getting in was also fairly simple. Jonathan, Hillel and Nava were great hosts and extremely communicative. We would rent from them again.

The caretakers went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed- especially at the last minute when we arrived. Beautiful view!

This was our second stay with Jonathan and we came back because we were so pleased last year. The apartment we rented last year was a two bedroom, two bathroom and the living area was quite spacious. This year we rented a one bedroom with one bathroom. While the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, the living area was considerably smaller than our first rental, which we didn't understand from the photos. It was perfect for two people, but I don't think more than that would work comfortably. That said, we would rent from Jonathan again- the location is unbeatable, the assigned parking spot is a major plus, and we found Jonathan to be very responsive to any issues or questions we had. We would recommend this apartment for a couple.
