Hotel vacation rentals in Jerusalem District

My favorite host in Israel, or anywhere else actually. The host and staff are super friendly. They always greet you with a smile and friendly words. The location is perfect, next to the Old City. The Mamilla mall. Restaurants and coffee shops. The room was clean. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Water. Wine. Tea. Coffee. I highly recommend it. I will be back for sure!

Even before I made an invitation, I sent an escort question and immediately received a response. We made a reservation and immediately received a message from Mario (the hosting manager on behalf of Yossi) with all the directions, nearby parking lots. Mario even asked me if we preferred red wine or champagne. On the day of arrival I received a message from Mario that he would like to understand when we are expected to arrive in order to turn on the AC which will be pleasant for us. We arrived Wednesday in August with a heat rush. We were greeted by Mario with beautiful hospitality. Offered to respect us in cold coffee/ water was very tolerant introduced us to the apartments and an explanation of their use. One room was for us (a couple of parents) + 2 children The room was spacious and a spacious bathroom. Hot water all the time. On the bed there were glasses and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. Clean towels. In the extra room for my retirement parents the AC was on and was very pleasant. The 2 suites are located in a winning location. Close to light rail station, Mamilla Mall, Western Wall, restaurants and coffee shops are excellent. We received both Miyosi and Mario recommendations for restaurants, cafes etc... Please note to commend Mario that any questions or requests, please respond shortly and all with kindness and even at checkout to leave our luggage in his office

First and foremost, Yaakov, is an attentive, kind and courteous host who will make you feel more like a guest in his home than a paying customer. Moreover, his attention to detail - from our interaction leading up to my visit to his receptiveness to feedback afterwards - is a testament to the care he invests in the running of his business and in the people he serves. The property is impeccably decorated and immaculate - precisely what I would expect from this particular host. And, despite a few small oversights, which would have been easily rectified on a regular weekday, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will certainly be staying at the Patio d'Eden again and have already recommended it to family and friends. It's a surprising gem that offers comfort and convenience in one of Jerusalem's most charming neighborhoods. (Thanks again, Yaakov.)

Economical yet attractive.

I arranged the booking for my brother, and he had a delightful experience staying one night at Haneen's place. The family was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The accommodations were modest, but my brother was thrilled to have a room with a huge balcony offering awesome views. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling on a budget. Additionally, my brother accidentally left his charger in the room, and the family was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation. They promptly communicated with him and offered assistance to ensure he could retrieve his charger. Their responsiveness and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for accommodating my son and his friends, they really enjoyed and told me that the location was perfect and near everything. The communication and service were excellent!
