A spacious place suitable for families, with lots of room to spend time together. The house is built on two floors with a total of 160 square meters. The house has three bedrooms + an open sleeping space (everyone's favorite...), a protected space, a fully equipped and pleasant kitchen, a barbecue area, a fun gazebo in the summer, direct access to Beit Zeit Lake (2 minutes walk). The house borders a wadi and is full of nature all around, so you can take a walk straight from the house. There's a nice chicken coop, a wood-burning stove in the winter, a large, spacious garden full of fruit trees. By car, the center of Jerusalem can be reached in 10-15 minutes without traffic jams. There is public transportation every hour.

Our farmhouse is located in the Jerusalem hills in Moshav Shu'ava. On the one hand, it is close to Highway 1 and on the other hand, it is surrounded by greenery, nature, and relaxing tranquility. The house is large and spacious, with bedrooms and public spaces, full of light, clear air from the mountains and a stunning view. Surrounded by a large two-acre yard where we grow vegetables and fruits, chickens and goats. You can enjoy a blooming yard, trampoline and small pool for children, seating and eating areas and barbecue facilities. On summer days (July-October) you can enjoy a pool in the yard. While you're at home, we can be in touch by phone and messages. Also, there will be a contact person available.
