Vacation rentals with a patio in Jericho, Oxfordshire

We stayed here last year and still our choice this year, the location is very convenient, easy access to supermarket and bus station. Quite area, very suitable for family out.

We just stayed one night at the apartment, but it was just what we needed! Kate was super responsive and gave very useful and clear directions. The place is conveniently located and was very clean. The little garden is great to have too.

Perfect spot for attending an event at Oxford Brookes university. Very well equipped flat, with everything you could possibly need. We were very surprised to arrive to croissants and Prosecco. Angela was flexible with check in timing and was always quick to respond.

This is the second time for our workers staying at this property as they requested to stay here again due to how nice it was. Our workers confirmed it was clean & tidy, and great location. I booked again last min and they were very accommodating and answered all questions asked. I am sure if we are working in this area again we will use the same property

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. The annexe was warm and well equipped. It was situated in a quiet road in Wantage and convenient for the town centre.

Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Two of us spent a perfect week in this lovely home. It was comfortable, clean and extremely well-organized. We had everything we needed, and living here was very easy. The weather was warm, and we enjoyed sitting in the sweet garden. It was even prettier than it was in the photos. Becky was very kind, and was able to offer us an early checkin which was so appreciated. We loved being in Jericho. Easy walking to everything in Oxford, and charming cafes. Also, nice access to Oxford Meadows. We would absolutely return when we're in Oxford.

Lovely, spotlessly clean, peaceful house and clearly a lot of care had been put into details. Check-in was straightforward and Leima gave great instructions. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and it was great to have an ensuite in every one! The kitchen was well equipped and the toys in the living room were very welcome! The graveled garden has plenty of seating and great for the children to let off steam. Had been concerned about toddlers on gravel, but it had the distinct advantage of not being muddy after a shower of rain! The neighbourhood is quiet and the house is in easy walking distance to a small supermarket and playground. Laima is a lovely host, she responded quickly and was always very helpful. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing spacious house with lovely garden, really clean and really felt like a proper home - provided al sorts of things for kitchen and bathrooms which was also really handy and thoughtful. We had a great stay

A great place to stay, out of town but easy to access Oxford. Clean, cosy and stylish accommodation, lovely patio, feels like home. Private parking space in front of the house is a great bonus. We had everything we needed for our stay.

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

My mum and I had such a lovely stay here over 2 nights. The walk into Oxford through the meadows and parkland along the river was such a nice way to start and finish our days exploring. It takes about half an hour to get into the thick of it, and we really enjoyed the walk each day. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, beds were great and a nice view from the dining area and balcony. Thanks for having us, we highly recommend.

We stayed a week at Claudia's flat and cannot say enough positive things about our experience. She was extremely communicative, check-in process was very smooth, and the flat was exactly as described. Claudia is an outstanding host and the flat is fantastic and in a great location. We loved our stay!

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

We had a lovely time in Little Oaks. My son explored the grounds and discovered a hammock amidst bluebells❤️ Playing/ running away from the sprinklers. This was a beautiful stay. There were no clutter, felt clean, with beautiful and simply decorated rooms. Really appreciate the white towels, clean linens and the peaceful surroundings.

Amazing apartment close to the centre of Witney town centre. Accommodation was spotless, well equipped and secure for the dogs- couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is such a lovely little apartment. Gorgeously decorated and very cosy and peaceful, despite being only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the bus stop. I have a really great stay here and cannot recommend this place (& the hosts, cats included!) enough.
