It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Our property also features a shared hang out area, which includes a pool table and fireplace. In addition, Penn Highlands Hospital is located just 1.2 miles away from our property, making it an ideal location for travel nurses and other working professionals.

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
