At the same time the location is resonably quiet and will allow you to enjoy the best that Liepaja can offer. We built this house ourselves, so we tried to make everything as convenient as possible: two floors, 4 rooms, a kitchen with a living room, a shower, 2 toilets, a wood-fired sauna. There is an outdoor terrace and a covered gazebo. For an additional fee we will prepare for you a wood-fired sauna with a cold shower or a hot tub with hydromassage. The property has a green courtyard and parking spaces.

Black House is a detached cottage available for for max 4 guests (incl. infant), total area 24m2. It has 1 remote bedroom, 1 open bedroom, small kitchen area, WC & Shower, terrace, a built-in sauna area. We offer boat and paddle board rent, and you can also apply for individual tour guide. The outside area has a fireplace and space for tents in case you would like to spend a night in one-million star hotel. Walk to the beach ~2km long through forest road. Pet friendly place.
