This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.

Find yourself in a mountain house on several quiet hectares. This little piece of heaven located at 1450 m altitude will offer you a unique view of peaks culminating at 2700 m and a primary forest. Enjoy the terrace or veranda without any dwellings in your field of vision and at night, without orange light in your eyes. Only 6 km from the village of Crots and 15 minutes from the town of Embrun or Lake Serre Ponçon. You will also have a secure kennel.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Consisting of one bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, mountain corner with two single bunk beds. A covered parking space is available. Labrau chairlift 100m away Tennis courts 200 m away. The pool is open between 11:00 and 19:15, sauna and hammam between 16:00 and 19:00. In summer, open from the end of June to September 2nd, in winter from December 24th and April 15th.
